ServiceSupercharge. Born from the pandemic, together we designed a 12-week virtual programme all about Service sales.
Grounded in psychology, participants came together once a week for workshops. Alongside core content workshop sessions, the Service Supercharge programme offered hubs, coaching, assessments and additional workshops to provide a deeper dive into the core topics in an engaging format. Participant capability increased across all 11 core modules, with a 13% uplift in all areas on average after the training.
It’s not easy to keep the attention of more than 40 remotely connected participants. Cegos achieved this by delivering very effective virtual sessions.

A hybrid version of ServiceSupercharge launches in Austria in German language with in-person kick off and closing sessions.
Portfolio Trainings. We partner in the digital space to create the blueprints for new Portfolio Trainings.
This is a set of 6 digital learning modules designed to launch new service portfolios, such as Security Manage, Fire Safety, and OT Patch Management – all available on MyLearningWorld. Fire Safety alone was completed by 200+ sellers. The modules were highly engaging; short, sharp, and mobile-friendly to accommodate the limited time sellers have for learning.
These modules covered diverse areas such as value selling, objection handling, evolving customer needs, and portfolio attributes. This refined blueprint accelerated collaboration with portfolio leads. Impressively, the last portfolio seamlessly progressed from scoping to LMS upload within a four-week span, showcasing our agile content development approach and execution efficiency.
This involved us distilling key information from new Sales and Delivery release documents and equip sellers to sell these portfolios with a consultative and value-based mindset. We have also started this process for the Verticals – first up is Healthcare.

We work closely with the former Business Excellence team to build a future-focused programme for sellers, and a complementary programme for sales managers, called FutureFuel. Energetic, immersive in-person workshops are supplemented with digital learning and simulation. This was rolled out in Singapore and Switzerland initially. The programme establishes a common core amongst sellers, and helps managers plan for an increasingly digital future.
The programme impressed Siemens' Global Head of Sales, proving even more relevant than anticipated as it launched amid a season of organisational changes.

The blueprints are adapted to focus on verticals, helping sellers get to grips with the Healthcare offering first.
We design and build a conversation simulation to help sellers feel more confident when discussing Cybersecurity with customers. Realistic live-action elements allow sellers to look beyond words and interpret body language, too.
Simulations also make up part of the Portfolio and Vertical training packages to allow salespeople to test their valueselling skills and new knowledge practically to help embed learning and keep engagement high.
We also partner on projects like PACT, WeConnect, and Sales Onboarding. These all look slightly different but, in each case, videos, workshops, and digital resources were created to share knowledge.
FutureFuel continues and rolls out in German language. The manager’s programme looks to go global across to Canada and the US.
