Leadership Essentials

Global Reach & Delivery Capability

How do you ensure consistent delivery across our key global hubs (NAM – Cambridge & Nashville, India –Bangalore/Pune, and GrC locations)?

We are a global organisation, delivering international projects for some of the world’s largest companies (Cisco, Samsung, Siemens, Airbus, Oracle, SONY). To ensure consistency we leverage our international scope aligned with our local presence; Cegos Group operates in 15 countries across Europe, Asia, and Latin America along with a network of partners and distributors in over 50 countries.

We offer reliable, consistent and scalable delivery across all regions through three key pillars of excellence:

1. Regional coordination and scalability: working with our global hubs to extend to local markets means we can assure multilingual delivery and time-zone aligned sessions.

2. Alignment with client expectations: in partnership, we create end-to-end alignment with client design, delivery and quality standards. We also ensure a structured onboarding process for facilitators joining a client project to ensure brand and content consistency.

3. Robust product management: we ensure the design of standardised core content that is easily localised within scalable formats: virtual, in-person or blended pathways that are flexible to regional needs.

Please see below our workflow for global project deployment:

We will also put a governance model in place to outline key stakeholders and their designated roles, as well as their corresponding tasks and responsibilities to ensure effective oversight and strategic alignment across all initiatives.

Here is an example:

Do you have local facilitators or partners in these regions?

Yes, we have a network of experienced trainers in NAM, India and Greater China. Our Cegos facilitators, either internal or external partners, are selected for our training faculty after completing a robust on-boarding process. Trainers across the globe are all expected to:

• Share their expertise, whilst recognising the achievements and experience of the participants.

• Involve each participant in transferring the learning outcomes into the workplace.

• Demonstrate the added value of training, promote conversations and help participants confront their past behaviours or practices in order to develop.

• Be fully capable of delivering exceptional workshops virtually or face-to-face.

Delivery Modes

Can your solution flex between face-to-face and virtual formats?

Yes, an essential part of the Cegos design pedagogy is creating learning content that is flexible across delivery environments. This allows us to be responsive to client needs whilst maintaining innovation across our learning portfolio. An additional benefit to this approach is that the workshops can also be flexed in terms of duration too. We have won several Gold and Silver Brandon Awards for our solutions and we have won the Training Industry (Top 20) for Learning Services since 2015 and 2016 for Leadership Training.

How do you ensure a consistent learning experience across both?

Consistency is ensured across the different forms of learning experience by employing a human-centric design approach. This focuses on practical, real-world solutions by prioritizing user needs to create experiences that have lasting impact. Interactivity and discussion is at the heart of each workshop, an element that is consistently flexible across delivery formats. A further example of consistency across delivery formats is our use of tools and technology to embed knowledge - our Miro boards, Escape games and quizzes can be beneficial in face-to-face and virtual environments.

Speed & Flexibility

What is your typical turnaround time for designing and launching a new program?

We integrate into our client’s environment as quickly as possible, and we pride ourselves on our speed and reliability; we’ve never missed a deadline.

If the content is already designed, we can deliver it tomorrow. For content that requires localization for regions outside of our core geographies, we can complete that process in less than a month.

If you’re an existing vendor, how would your familiarity with Philips accelerate delivery?

Our established partnership and prior engagement with the Philips team provides a strong foundation for a swift and seamless integration. We’ve already navigated the onboarding process and built relationships with the Philips People & Innovation Experience team. Having previously worked with your employees, we have a head start on understanding your culture and operational environment, allowing us to get up to speed quickly.

Experience with First-Line Leaders

Can you share examples or references of delivering similar programs for first-line or people leaders? 4

Cegos have worked extensively to rollout programs for first-line leaders across the globe. Our work with William Grant & Sons focused on creating a blended learning journey for first time leaders across their hubs in the UK, North America and APAC regions. This program explored fundamental leadership concepts with the aim of creating a global language of leadership within the organisation. Similarly, we collaborated with Aston Martin to create a first-line leader programme for their entire population that aimed to equip each individual with key Aston Martin leadership skills. Module by module, this blended learning journey was mapped against organisational values to drive behavioural change amongst the leadership population. Both of these programmes have won Brandon Hall Awards (Gold and Silver respectively) and have rolled out multiple cohorts. This is just two of many many examples.

What have you learned from working with this audience?

Lots.

Mindset and Skillset

Shift

What got them here won’t get them there. It’s crucial to cultivate a new mindset and skillset. We’ll focus on developing self-leadership first, which is the foundation for effectively leading others, improving performance, and influencing the broader organization. This approach ensures a holistic shift in capability, not just an upgrade of skills.

Valuing Their Time

These are busy individuals facing pressure from both their teams and their superiors, which makes personal development a luxury. Therefore, all learning sessions and program content must be highly impactful and respect their limited time. We will design the curriculum to be as efficient and as valuable as possible, ensuring every moment invested in the program yields a significant return.

Actionable Expertise

First-line leaders are curious about leadership frameworks and methods, but any external stimulus or expertise must be directly applicable to their real-world challenges. We’ll provide concepts and tools that are not only grounded in proven theory but can also be immediately put into practice to make a tangible difference in their context.

Unique Selling Point (USP)

What

differentiates your solution from others in the market?

Our value proposition is built on our can-do attitude, an unwavering commitment, and the speed at which we deliver results. We bring a high level of energy to every client partnership, consistently going above and beyond to exceed expectations because, ultimately, we are deeply invested in your success. All proven by award winning outcomes for other clients.

How do you ensure your content is practical, relevant, and engaging for time-constrained leaders?

Deep Expertise in FirstLine Leadership

We bring deep experience and expertise in first-line leadership, and our content is carefully curated, researched, and regularly updated to stay ahead of evolving needs.

Human-Centric and Practical Design

Our human-centric design approach ensures we always create content that is both practical and engaging. We build with a focus on real-world application, so the skills we impart can be immediately put into practice.

Rigorous

and Relevant

Validation

All of our material undergoes a rigorous feedback process. We also pilot the content within your specific context and actively seek feedback from everyone, particularly the delegates, to guarantee it is relevant and adds significant value.

Learning Experience & Format

What does a typical session look like (structure, duration,

interactivity)?

Our live workshop sessions run from 90-180+ mins, depending on client needs. Focus is often on one key subject or tool followed by exploration through interactive activities. We find it essential to allow space for peer-to-peer learning so practice and feedback on key concepts is vital. Interactivity is part of our DNA so will always be paramount to a Cegos workshop.

What

blended learning elements do you offer (e.g., selfpaced, toolkits, nudges, coaching)?

Cegos has designed multiple blended learning formats to trigger motivation and provide additional context for the workshop content, some of these include; selfassessment profilers, audio storytelling, eLearning modules, digital escape games and shared quizzes. A number of these formats can be combined into Sprints- a short learning cycle for specific skills development that: engages the learner, helps them explore the subject, lets them experiment with the topic and finally accompanies them in transferring the learning “on the job”. Cegos has +55 Sprints available in 7 languages. These learnings easily fit into pathways and can be deployed as selfpaced pre-work, intersessional activities, or post- workshop implementation actions.

We’ve found that combining facilitator-led workshops and these digital reinforcement learnings with coaching sessions delivers the best results. This can be in the form of one-to-one coaching with an expert or peer-to-peer coaching in Action Learning sessions.

Cost Transparency

What is your pricing model (per session, per learner, license-based, etc.)?

First and foremost our pricing model is pragmatic. Ultimately there is an investment that is ‘appropriate’ for these learning programmes. Of course, that investment can be determined in a number of ways; per session, per learner, per license. In the end the benchmark is an ‘investment per participant’ that will map directly to the ‘contact time and ratio of learners to facilitators’ in any live work. Plus the investment in additional learning collateral e.g. digital pathways and resources that provide learning outside of the ‘contact time’.

From our experience, a programme of this kind ranges from $€£1000 per person to $€£2500 per person, possibly $€£3500 per person at the higher, more intensive end. Here is the indicative investment based on what we know so far, with optionality:

Project Set-Up & Onboarding Fee: c.$€£50,000

This includes all initial activities to get the program established and fully configured for launch.

Per Participant Investment

Our per-participant pricing is structured to be transparent and flexible with the details agreed upon in our contract:

Option A: £1,500 per participant for a 6-month Leadership Pathway, including six live or virtual modules.

Option B: £1,800 per participant for a 9-month Leadership Pathway. This comprehensive option includes six live or virtual modules, all digital resources, job aids, and one 1:1 coaching session per participant.

Option C: £2,500 per participant for a 3 day experiential Leader of The Future, plus 3 month follow up pathway

10% project management fee to cover all logistical coordination, reporting, and meetings.

Please let us know if the investment per participant needs to be less than this. If that is required to be the successful partner, then please let us know, we won’t let cost be a barrier to our mutual success.

Are there options for scaling globally while managing cost efficiency?

Always.

To provide this comprehensively, we need more details about scale, volume, locations and timeframes.

We can’t wait to chat.
