Instituto Nueva Escuela is a 501c3 non-profit organization whose Mission is "to accompany, train, and serve communities in Puerto Rico through Montessori public education for the development of prepared beings that contribute to the common good."
We are in 49 communities throughout the island. Our Vision is "to be by 2025 in 100 school communities in PR that o er a Montessori public education of excellence."
INE works from two major platforms: School and Community Transformation develops in the school a model of shared governance, family enrollment, integration of the community into the work of the school & address the socio-emotional needs of the students and families.

Environmental and Astronomy Clubs serving 49 schools
Establishment of the Montessori curriculum and methodology for then ages of 0-18 through the training of their teachers. The INE o ers Certification Courses for all school levels: Infants and Toddlers, Early Childhood, Elementary I and II, Secondary (7th-12th).
Projects that strengthen the academic & social o er, establishing bridges between school and work. It includes the arts, agriculture, and astronomy.
