The Preparation of the Church for the Rapture - Revelation - Part VII

Summary of the President’s Message

The Sunday Bible School on July 7, 2024, was held live from the Mahanaim of Domingos Martins, Espírito Santo, with the participation of pastors Gedelti Gueiros and Gilson Sousa.

Pastor Gilson Sousa’s Message:

We greet all the brethren with the peace of the Lord Jesus!

We are starting the Sunday Bible School. The topic to be discussed is the message of the Holy Spirit resonates among

the Faithful Church, in relation to the prophetic markers that are being fulfilled in our days, in preparation for the Church’s rapture.

Pastor Gilson Sousa presented responses from various brethren to the questions posed, and several experiences and testimonies related to the Sunday Bible School.

Pastor Gedelti Gueiros’ Message:

I greet you all with the peace of the Lord. Let’s answer the questions posed.

Question

What is the difference between Revelation and Interpretation?

Answer: Interpretation is relative and based on human senses. Revelation comes from Eternity.

This subject defines what we seek, the doctrine - the doctrinal basis - of the Work. What is of man feeds reason. Reason is within the four measures of the universe (height, width, depth, and time). Interpretation is what comes from reason, which you absorb through the senses. When you hear, a mechanical wave comes to your ears, and a commutation is performed to convert that sound into electrical impulses. In the brain, everything is elaborated. The brain absorbs sound and images. Through this, each one describes the phenomenon as they understand it. That’s why everyone has their own way of thinking.

Revelation is different. It enters the brain without asking permission and takes over your life. Revelation is only one. Revelation comes from the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit does not reveal A and B, as it is unique.

The soul needs nourishment. What nourishment? The resources of grace. Has the Lord visited your life? It is necessary to seek nourishment through the resources of grace.

Philosophy starts from what is known. Theology happens the same way. If the Holy Spirit does not convince you, there is no conversion. It’s the mystery. A believer who does not know the mystery does not know the Work. He may have a good religion, but he will stay, not ascend. Thus, the soul feeds on what is spiritual. On the other hand, reason feeds on what is material.

When the phrase “MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN” was written on the palace wall (Daniel 5:24-25), Daniel gave the interpretation. The interpretation was not the phrase’s translation but the mystery’s revelation. Daniel gave the interpretation because he was given the reve-

lation of the mystery.

Question

Differentiate between Absolute Truth and Relative Truth. Give examples in biblical facts.

The Preparation of the Church for the Rapture - Revelation - Part VII

Answer: (personal response)

There is an aspect regarding the issue of parables spoken by the Lord Jesus. What was the Lord Jesus’ project? He wanted the Church to participate in the mysteries. It was something directed to the Church. Only servants have the right to participate in the mysteries. When He resurrected, Jesus did not go out announcing that He had risen. But, on the other hand, almost three thousand souls converted at Pentecost when the Holy Spirit was poured out. Jesus wanted the Holy Spirit to carry out the revelation of this mystery. Thus, when Jesus told the parables, he desired that the mysteries of the kingdom be directed to His servants and not go out to those religious who did not value His Word. He desired to reach only the Church.

Revelation is the mystery, which is for you. Religion preaches Jesus’ parables as if they were fables, but a parable is not a fable. Fables bring ethical and moral teachings, but parables bring prophetic teachings for the Church. The mysteries of the kingdom are for the Church. Thus, we are heirs of all this.
