SUPPORTED LIVING ACCOMMODATION, CHANGE OF USE –MINEHEAD, SOMERSET
We were retained by our client to implement a change of use for this former Hotel premises for use as specialist healthcare flats. This building would provide six new homes for young adults with medical challenges. Our bespoke designed change of use would allow the clients’ residents and their support team to seek the security of a private lifetime home in which they would receive all of the living support that they require. Our services involve the gathering of a brief from the residents’ families and healthcare providers, preparation of concept and implementation design, scheduling, cost planning, tender issue and negotiation, contract administration and Project Management throughout the project including hand-over and into use.
