This project consisted of stripping out an existing food venue within the heart of our clients very busy leisure facility and constructing a new kitchen and restaurant venue with a takeaway serving area. FIRE RECOVERY REFURBISHMENT, TORQUAY
Following a fire event on Christmas Day which instantly closed our client’s hotel, we were appointed to assist with recovery and refurbishment works. The recovery works were designed and scheduled in January and construction works commenced with the appointed Principal Contractor on site in March. Practical completion was achieved 7 days earlier than programmed, allowing for guests to be received for the summer holiday season. Services

LUXURY ACCOMMODATION REFURBISHMENT, WILTSHIRE
This project consisted of 6 Holiday Let cottages within our client’s Estate in Wiltshire, refurbished to new pieces of luxury overnight accommodation. The new luxury cottages, positioned in prominent locations within the estate, are part of a new venture by our client to provide exclusive accommodation set within the confines of the Estate, and with direct access to the nationally significant heritage assets.

BAR REFURBISHMENT, HAYLING ISLAND
The refurbishment of existing facilities to form a new ‘Missing Squirrel’ Bar & Restaurant. Services CDM Services.
ENHANCEMENT OF SITE AMENITY FACILITIES, CORNWALL
Our client requested a locally influenced design offering an enhancement of all existing site facilities including interior and exterior pool with shading, independent gym, sauna and wellbeing spa with internal and exterior treatment offers, an upscaling of the park’s food offer including multiple outlets with interchangeable menus, interior and exterior seating options all integrated within the parks pre-existing movement network.

The design of a bespoke dining facility that would bolster the parks existing reputation, as a leading luxury holiday provider. Our design would retain all existing activity functions whilst repurposing their current event space forming a multi-functional dining & events experience, with restaurant, or café, as a day round communing using interior and exterior seating offers, their menu would be prepared in two facilities including an alfresco theatre, in all creating a remarkable dining experience.
