However, those whose brains and minds are not developed to that level cannot comprehend what exactly is going on in the world. They just make their own version of individual reality and collective truth.’
That means our perception of the world around us forms our experience. Our experiences, level of understanding, comprehending approach, our feelings, beliefs, mentality, and outlook shape our everyday reality. Simply, we make sense of the world through our own prism of preconceived notions.
Or in other words, our perceptions become our everyday reality which we firmly believe in as the truth. However, in reality, it is our version of the truth, though it might be supported by some form of contemporary factual information. As with the changing times, everything keeps constantly changing.
Just like the currently reported factual information that only 30 percent of women can make positions in the IT Marketing industry, globally and in India, this ratio is further slim in the IT marketing world. However, when people– in their own version of fact-based negative reality –call it a male-dominated area, Vandana Mahaur , Associate Director of Marketing , MOURI Tech in her own version of truth-based positive reality –calls it a skilldominated arena .
She further says that the reason for success in this area is not just the knowledge of marketing but the in-depth understanding of Technology, Marketing mix and consumer behaviour, sharing, “ I was not only a marketer but a person from core IT background who learnt marketing and consumer behaviour as secondary tools and transfigured it into an all-embracing result-oriented marketing strategy .”
Being an avid learner of new things in Information Technology, Vandana started early giving classes about programming languages, databases, and other emerging technologies in 1996. She started her career with Pentasoft Technologies, Mumbai, where she was responsible for handling the western region for their Training & Development SBU.
At MOURI Tech, Our culture and values are deeply rooted in all of us, who are oldies or even who are new but well-connected to the group.
The year 2001 was a year of turbulence when the IT world was facing challenges of survival, and that was the time to look back into personal life. In 2002, Vandana was into married life, taking a break from her career. Later, she started working with YASH Technologies Ltd, helping the team set up their IT Skill Development Division.
“If you have flair, it cannot be hidden for a long time, and soon the stakeholders realized that my capacity with the potential of offering more value in varied fields, I started establishing Marketing Department in the company,” She informs .
This was the time when the world of digital marketing was taking shape, and leaders of today were struggling to build a basic framework and infrastructure for this space. Her learning cravings always led the path to discovering new and picking challenges by herself. She was setting up corporate, product and services marketing functions on a global supply scale.
Blessed with two sweet children, her motivation to do more and gain more kept her in driving mode and with support from her husband, mother, and sister, she could balance in between.
Vandana recalls , “I delivered several successful assignments, made it a mature department with a set of processes and practices. It made me pick up what’s new and next. This is where I got to pick some practice implementation and automation assignments to help support other departments in the organization.”
Change is important in life, so in 2018, she stepped out to look for something better and bigger. During this, she got several opportunities for social connect, expanding her network in the region. She enjoyed this in-person connection a lot, as being into the world of IT, screens and virtual connects were more of her routine. “It gave me a satisfying reward as I was able to meet more people and take a dive into social lives,” shares Vandana
When the world was facing a global crisis at the start of 2020, she started looking for what next, just like others. Then joined MOURI Tech in 2020, and this was the time when the company was looking to set up its marketing department to support growing global demands. This new assignment involved a lot of new initiatives, setting up processes and practices, building a team etc. “It was a gambit for me, but to do something great, we need to dare to be innovative, and this made the new breakthrough for the company bringing in new customer acquisition, Brand Recognition, Customer satisfaction and balance sheet growth,” mentions Vandana
One of the biggest themes that emerged in the aftermath of the women’s movements that swept across the world was women campaigning and supporting other women. However, Vandana feels that this is not the true nature of women. Instead, it’s like creating a gender gap. Women and men can both make this world a better place by supporting anyone who deserves it without any consideration for their gender.
She further that although she was born in a world of gender inequality but feels that parity can never be forced, rather Individual contributions and endeavours that make a difference.
“I never fought to prove myself a successful woman but a successful person. For my family, I can be a mother, Wife, Daughter etc. Still, for the corporate world, my ideas and skill set that matters the most,” she says, adding , “ My biggest Inspiration has been Bhagwad Geeta which taught me to concentrate on your work without worrying about the results; if you do everything right then positive result is just the outcome of your efforts .”
Vandana also expresses that family support in tough decision times, even just a positive vibe in an odd situation, takes you far high with your actions. She adds, “ My husband has been the biggest source of inspiration and support for this journey and will be the most critical element of my life .” Like all who believe in a social structure, her parents, siblings and even relatives’ support and motivation have made her what she is today as a person. She says, “ My kids, who have grown seeing me occupied, compromising even their part of times, are the most emotional support moments and cherishing ever .”
I have been so fortunate to work with this great organization and easily find my room to contribute to making it grow farther in space.
If you have flair, it cannot be hidden for long.

In the quest for perfect health, the optimistic fusion
of biology and science paved the way for modern healthcare. Continuous research and development in this arena furthered the cause of the pharmaceutical industry.
The modern pharma sector has proven its worth by assisting immensely in battling the ongoing healthcare crisis. As we rediscovered the importance of healthy life, futuristic healthcare is in the pursuit of purity.
The path is long and full of unforeseen challenges. Yet, an eternal source of universal energy personified in the form of Aditi Umesh has taken it upon herself to follow the way and has already taken her first few steps as the CEO of Azaleos Biosciences Pvt Ltd to become the genesis of perpetual purity and go beyond the established norms.
The foundation of Azaleos Biosciences started with a dream of a Doctor–Dr Umesh D–wanting to venture out into the Pharmaceutical field to make the rare of the rare set products accessible to the people. The dream is to change the lives of the people under critical care and hence moving toward achieving the goal of Make in India.
The company’s vision is to retouch the lives of millions of people with Purity as to what the company and its logo stand for. And making affordable APIs in India and formulations that benefit the common people.
This new idea of enabling the client to walk unreservedly through the passageways and examine items they were keen on before obtaining them before long turned out to be exceptionally well known, as it was significantly more alluring than the standard over-the-counter strategy for deals. Aditi comments, “ To date, our organization is available to new thoughts and always takes a gander at enhancing administrations to strengthen the sentiment of prosperity .”
Azaleos Biosciences’ underlying foundations in Bangalore started in 2019 when a goal-oriented 23-year-old Aditi made her father, Dr Umesh D’s dream, into a vision. The youthful ‘Aditi Umesh’ could have just imagined that some time or another, her father’s legacy could be made with a little dream that he dreamed.
With the Background of her parents, Dr Umesh D and Dr Mamatha K , who have their own excellence in their respective medical fields, began the entrepreneurial journey to deliver the critical care APIs and Advanced intermediates to cater to India’s needs.
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of the Indian economy, and MSMEs are the drivers of the $5 trillion economy. They are the prominent aspect of Indian Industries’ progressive future. The untapped growth potential and hidden capabilities to become globally competitive are the factors to be uncovered from each and every Indian MSME
Determined that all the MSMEs of India become a catalyst for Transforming the Indian Economy and enabling Indian MSMEs to become globally competitive, Darshana Thakkar , Founder and CEO who has recently been awarded as Gujarat's Women Leaders – began her mission with…
After investing 22-plus years in the corporate world in managing business operations in a few manufacturing companies, Darshana decided to quit her corporate job to start her entrepreneurship journey. With her rich experience in manufacturing organizations, she is passionate about revolutionizing the business practices of Micro and Small Enterprises in India. Darshana shares, “ As we know, almost half of the GDP of India is contributed by MSME companies .”
These companies mainly operate informally with limited resources. Darshana decided to support this high-potential MSME sector by providing guidance and handholding support for sustainable business growth and operational excellence.
Since the inception of Transformation in 2018, the organization has been committed to supporting Indian MSMEs and Startups. The technical and management background, along with rich industrial experience on the
shop floor of the founder, helps the client organization and its owners and employees to achieve new milestones in every area of the business.
Darshna reveals, “So far, we have helped many MSME companies improve the following areas. Ÿ Business growth from 10 to 15% annually,
Fixed cost reduction up to 20%,
Operational cost reduction of up to 25%,
Input cost reduction up to 20%,
Improved inventory and procurement,
Digital Transformation,
Improved resource utilization.”
Speaking about her inspiration behind venturing into the business arena, Darshana states that the business has been in her mind from childhood. But she couldn't pursue that dream earlier in life. She interacted with several vendors and customers during her career with a few companies.
During that time, she realized that many small businesses were operating in an unorganized manner. Many companies started business as a single entity and then grew informally. She also observed that many high-potential MSME companies are facing tremendous challenges with product quality, product delivery, product costing, and struggling for day to day operations.
They lack professionalism in internal processes as well as external communications. With her prevailing position in the respective company, Darshana tried her best to support such an organization to improve. But that was very specific and for the limited network only. “Then after, I decided to quit the Job to start my venture, "Transformation," with a vision to support high potential Indian MSMEs for sustainable growth and improved profitability,” informs Darshana.
Sharing the initial challenges that she had to surmount to ensure Transformation's success rate reached greater heights, Darshana says that as she started the business after a long career of working with some other companies, initially, the business owners were not having faith in her capabilities to transform their business—especially those who didn't know her personally.
In the beginning, seven out of ten people she met argued, ‘ They are managing their business for many years, how she will improve their business as an outsider.’ She faced many rejections just because of these reasons .
Darshana says with gratitude , “ I thank those few Business owners who knew me professionally and were aware of my professional capabilities either with direct interaction or with indirect reference. They have given me an opportunity to prove myself as a Business Transformation expert, and now that initial happy clients are sources for providing new business and making our company successful every rising day .”
Talking about the professional values and qualities she thinks her clients value in her and Transformation the most, Darshana expresses that her rich experience in the manufacturing industry handling many problem areas
with limited resources is the main point behind their success.
Because of this expertise, they can provide solutions to their clients with a limited budget and minimum changes in the organization's culture. They provide every client with customized solutions as a standard process doesn't suit every business. Their solutions and implementation process are entirely based on the resource availability and budget of the client.
Apart from this, ethical business practice and transparency at every stage of the transformation process is the main reason for their client's trust in Darshana and Transformation. “Moreover, We always ensure to keep all the information of our clients confidential,” adds Darshana.
Detailing the USPs highlighting brand Transformation's uniqueness in the industry, Darshana accepts that though there are many consultants in the market, they are distinct from others in the following ways:
At Transformation-The Strategy HUB ,
Ÿ
They are focused only on working with MSME organizations.
Ÿ
They provide a holistic business transformation solution that includes Marketing, promotion and Branding strategy, cost reduction, and business growth.
The #MSME sector is a very high poten al contributor, and we are commi ed to Transforming Indian MSMEs to their highest poten al.Darshana Thakkar Founder and CEO
Ÿ
They are providing customized solutions that are in line with the company's own culture and budget.
Upon association with any client, Their team becomes an integral part of the client's team to play the crucial role of Advisor, coach, and leader who works with the team.
Ÿ
They are practising a feedback monitoring system to ensure the practical result of the transformation.
Ÿ They do not play an advisory role only for the Business owner. Instead, they provide complete handholding for crucial decision-making at various times.
Ÿ
“ We understand Indian culture and values very well. So we are entirely focused on implementing systems and processes that a diverse group of people quickly adopt in different age groups ,” mentions Darshana.
As an experienced professional, Darshana’s advice to the budding aspirants willing to enter the business world is original. She recommends that entrepreneurs who are keen to start their leadership journey stick to their area of expertise instead of copying others. Everyone is gifted with unique personality traits. “Stick to your natural behaviour instead of changing it. Your style is unique, and it will help you to succeed faster. Make your sector-specific Brand image for the particular specialization,” appeals Darshana.
On envisioning Transformation-The Strategy HUB 's operations with the emerging technologies and automated tools revolutionizing the business world by enabling innovations, Darshana conveys that modern technologies like Industry 4.0, IIoT, AI, ML, Robotics, RPA, Data Analytics, Additive Manufacturing, etc., have established their footprint in large corporates. But for the MSME sector, this technology adoption is quite challenging due to two significant factors.
Ÿ
Ÿ
The high initial cost of these technologies
Appropriate knowledge about the suitable technology
Darshana says, “ We recommend our client consider technology adoption on a priority basis as it provides a quick return on investment and increases competitiveness in the industry .”
After the post covid era, businesses are regaining momentum in their respective sectors. In the post-COVID era, the one positive thing that happened was the adaptability of technology. Now even Micro and small enterprises are becoming technology-friendly, specializing in Virtual work. It has led to more opportunities for a hybrid work environment.
Due to the physical nature of consulting practices, business was earlier restricted to the nearby geographical area. Now companies are open to associating with remote business associates. These helped Transformation explore the association opportunities in the long-distance MSME companies and MSME associations. Currently, some projects are in the pipeline in Maharashtra, Punjab, MP, and West Bengal, apart from Gujarat.
Darshana reveals that they have a solid plan to establish their footprints in the other state as an MSME and Startup consultant in the future.
In summing up , She says that the reason for their existence and their ultimate goal is “To promote #localforvocal #makeinindia and #atmanirbhart to contribute to making our great nation India the world leader . The #MSME sector is a very high potential contributor, and we are committed to Transforming Indian MSMEs to their highest potential .”
“ Furthermore, our prime focus is to prevent our talented youth from migrating to other countries by providing mentoring and handholding to start and succeed in their entrepreneurship journey ,” Darshana concludes.
As we understand from this quote, the importance of
clothing is a powerful influencing factor in creating an individual's perception. Clothing reflects the identity of taste, standard, and personality.
It creates a lasting impression and goodwill in the viewer’s minds. This underlines the role of fashion designers and clothing specialists who have crafted the perfect range of garments that have revolutionized the presentation of dressing. The designers create compelling couture that sparks a new trend.
One designer who has made a significant mark in the domestic fashion industry is Dimple Kapoor with her brand ‘Dimpple Kpoor.’An innovative artist, Dimple researched people in various age groups and professions, using her observations to create new and trendy outfits. In the brief interview with the team of Insights Success, Dimple Kapoor enthusiastically elaborated on her professional journey in the fashion industry, her inspirations, challenges, and how she achieved the respected reputation of what she is today.

Not many know exactly what they want to become when they grow up. However, Farah Sarosh , the CEO of NurtureLife, had it all figured out since she was a child. She wanted nothing but to become a Sociopreneur
Farah stands different from a lot of others because she had a unique approach to this noble profession. She believes that the process of positive change in society must begin at home. In her opinion, one must bring meaningful change in their own home before moving on to change the world around them.
Now, one must wonder why she chose Mental Health as the domain of her social work. She was in AMU when Farah’s hostel mate ended her own life due to depression. “ It was after this unfortunate incident that I decided to work for Mental Health Awareness ,” shares Farah.
The Challenge: The lack of awareness of mental health in our society was a challenge that Farah had to face. She observed the lack of meaningful conversation or any efforts whatsoever to educate the masses about mental health. Though she was not one to give up, Farah took these challenges head-on. And aided by innovation and dedication, she founded NurtureLife –a not-for-profit organization that provides actionable solutions to a range of mental health problems.
“ My vision for NurtureLife has been to take mental health awareness to the grassroots of our society, where mental well-being is hardly a topic for discussion ,” states Farah.
She wanted Nurture Life to provide a platform that motivates people to discuss the problems of inner conflict that ails them. NurtureLife conducts a variety of activities in the fields of Emotional Intelligence, Suicide Prevention, and other problems relating to mental health.
Farah adds, “ My mission with Nurture Life is to eradicate the stigma around issues relating to mental health in our society. Behind each of my efforts toward mental health is the intention to tell people suffering from mental health issues that they’re not alone and there’s still hope .”
Through Nurture Life, Farah has taken mental health awareness to millions by conducting events in the USA, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, East Africa, and other countries.
In an interview with Insights Success , Farah spoke in detail about her own experiences, accomplishments, accolades, awards, and NurtuteLife’s present and future plans. The highlights of the interview are given herein
What qualities and values do you think your colleagues, caregivers, and patients admire in you the most?
It's crucial that team members find a method to enjoy working together when working with others. I believe that one can enhance cooperation and collaboration abilities by fostering a sense of camaraderie. Our part in this is to contribute to a productive workplace by being the greatest teammate we can be.
All hail to the Ladies !
Feminine power is the greatest power in the universe
as it is the energy which gave birth to everything. So it is a genuine request to all the ladies, please recognize your truest potential. You are stronger than you think. If you believe in yourself, you are the strongest and the mightiest.
You are the personification of that eternal cosmic energy flowing through every atomic, sub-atomic, waving particle, and string-like element which has shaped the universal force: the goddess of infinity.
Ishneet Sahani , CEO and Creative Head at AMBROSIA , realized at a very young age that she holds enormous power in herself, which, if appropriately moulded, could be dazzling brilliance for eternity. Further, she astutely observed that her inner magnificence resonated with the everlasting sparkle of gems, rubies, sapphires, diamonds, and jewels
Ishneet says , “I always had a fascinating connection with diamonds. I could differentiate between the qualities of diamonds at the age of 15 without any specialization in the field.”
According to Ishneet, her mother–who is a jewelholic –was her inspiration to enter the arena of jewelry designing. Their often visits to the jewelers created an aura of attraction for Ishneet. She adds , “I understood the importance of a diamond in a woman’s life at an early age.” Diamonds are one of the finest things every woman wants to adorn and pass on to the next generation.
In those days, there were very few women jewelry manufacturers. Ishneet mentions, “My mother motivated
me to start my own league.” So to create a brand that can serve with the finest craftsmanship and quality– a creation of love and bondage was the real motive to start AMBROSIA.
In 2005 she along with her team commenced their journey with a privately exclusive and fine exhibition. However, they were overwhelmed to witness endless appreciation and infinite love for jewels in their clientele.
‘
The first collection ‘ Renaissance, was launched, comprised of leather cords used with diamonds. Many animal statues like frogs, panthers and serpents were amalgamated with Polki and diamonds–now a common trend began by Ishneet through AMBROSIA.
She now states they are grateful to serve the industry by supplying their retail clients and wholesalers. AMBROSIA also got an early breakthrough in Bollywood as celebrities like Kirti Kulhari and Neha Bhasin endorsed AMBROSIA jewelry crafted by the team Ishneet. Ishneet shares, “ In 2019, we added Red Carpet Dresses and Cocktail Wear .”
The silhouette and unique handcrafted dresses brought a blast. In no time, it became an apple of the eye for celebrities.
“Soon we were endorsing celebs like Rubina, Nikki Tamboli– Big Boss famed , Neha Kakkar, Neha Bhasin, Harshdeep Kaur and many more,” says Ishneet, who found another thing common about both feminine power and mineral gloss, that both due to their innately attractive nature have compelled people to form myths and spread rumours about them.
AMBROSIA was born out of the gut and determination of Ishneet to debunk all those myths; both about women’s abilities and mineral’s existence. In an industry influenced by males, the challenges for a 20-year-old girl were enormous; from sourcing to selling.
Ishneet’s first visit to the hub of diamonds, Surat, was an amazing experience. The look on the people’s faces, the crowd that gathered to watch a 20-year-old girl buying diamonds. “I was excited, scared, and proud,” recalls Ishneet. Since then, a lot of prejudices have been punctured.
Selling was also not easy as there was no WhatsApp, no Instagram, and Google was not trending in India at that time. Ishneet travelled to different parts of the country to meet big retailers and wholesalers to sell her jewelry. It was a learning as well as a challenging experience.
Now AMBROSIA and Ishneet are not only pioneers in jewelry, but also those experiences helped Ishneet in her
other vertical of apparel. Brand AMBROSIA is enlisted at the best designer stores of India like Aza and Pernias, Pop up, Study by Janak, Abhas etc.
Ishneet comments , “In the jewelry industry, we have heard all the rumours and myths about diamonds, gemstones, and gold. So it is really no surprise that over time, it is hard to know what is true or not about jewelry.” Ishneet says she would like to debunk the top five myths.
#Myth: Sapphires are Only Blue : Blue sapphires are very common and most popular due to celebrities and royalty. The colour blue also is favoured by the majority of people. Sapphires actually can be found in every rainbow of colour except red. You may not realize that sapphires and rubies are in the same gemstone family called Corundum.
Therefore, red corundum is called ruby and all the other colours are named sapphire. The rarest sapphire is a genuine Padparadscha sapphire that naturally showcases striking orange, peach, and pink colours.
#Myth: Silver Turns your Skin Green : Costume jewelry is made from brass and copper to keep the overall cost low. These metals can be plated with gold or silver colour to change their appearance. As the jewelry is worn, the plating will wear off, and the brass or copper will show through. These metals oxidize, leaving a green residue on your skin when you sweat or wash your hands.
To prevent the green colouring, use clear nail polish to paint the inside of your ring to give a protective coating. Your jewelry can also be replated for around $55-65.
#Myth: Your Hands are the Same Size : Each finger and each hand will have completely different ring sizes. Your dominant hand will be slightly larger due to your muscles being used more. Usually, your left hand compared to your right hand is about ½ to ¾ size difference.
#Myth : Gold can be Mined in Many Colors : All have seen gold in colours of white, yellow, rose, and green, but the only true colour of gold is yellow. To create the rainbow of colours, other metals called alloys are mixed into the casting. For example, silver-coloured metals like platinum, palladium and magnesium create white gold. Copper alloy creates rose or pink gold, while silver creates green gold. The two-toned jewelry is when a piece of jewelry has two colours of gold in the design.
#Myth: Diamonds are Indestructible : Many people are known for wearing their wedding rings when they garden, exercise, or do household chores. They are then shocked to see their diamonds have been scratched or chipped.
These dazzling gems are the hardest stones on the Mohs Hardness Scale, scoring 10 out of 10. This chart grades gemstones on their scratch resistance and durability. A diamond can only be scratched or cut by another diamond. This is why you should never store your jewelry together in one baggie.
A diamond is very durable, yet it can chip or crack due to the structure of the diamond. Each diamond has ‘cleavage planes’; if a diamond is hit just right or dropped at the right angle, the pressure can cause that cleavage plane to crack.
“To help save diamonds, I recommend that your fine jewelry should be the first thing you take off when you get

Clear, precise, simple, and effective communication is the bedrock of any relationship, including professional business ones. After all, what is communication but depositing a part of yourself in another person.
And when communication is done with honesty and transparency, you deliver your words not by numbers but by the weight they carry. Every brand communicates with its customers. Those who do it transparently, effectively, and constantly form a personal bond with their clients and the public.
Public Relations is the most significant success factor distinguishing brands and non-brands. And the most effective PR strategy is putting proper words in the proper places, which is the recipe to creating the perfect hype; a buzz .
Transforming that buzz into a sensational phenomenon depends upon the enormous power of media strategy possessed by a powerful media, communications, and PR strategist ; Pallavi Goorha Kashyup , the CEO of PG Communication . Pallavi’s massive hold comes from her decade-old eclectic experience and expertise in both journalism and communications.
Pallavi shares , “We undoubtedly have a clear understanding of both sides of the business, which sets us apart from others in client management and media relations.”
She had a successful inning in journalism with some of India's best-known print/online media brands. All of these were regular full-time salaried jobs. After ten years of work experience, Pallavi wanted to be her own boss. She was exploring business opportunities and did extensive research.
And she found out that there was a clear gap in the market for Corporate Communications and Public Relations industry. She decided to set up a boutique agency targeting medium size companies initially in different industries/verticals. Ten years ago, it was a virgin segment, and she and her team were able to onboard many clients to grow PG Communication quite rapidly.
The second objective was to create an entrepreneurial success story in this domain . There were not many agencies which could sustain in this middle segment at that time.
Pallavi says, “I must add: an important personal reason was to get some flexi-time and enjoy the early childhood of my only daughter .”
Pallavi and her team of PG Communication work with their clients right from the planning stage till the delivery of a comprehensive solution. They build communication strategies after detailed study and research. They present an appropriate and cost-effective communication plan which delivers success. Their plans are agile and adaptable based on the clients’ needs and changing market conditions.
Client benefits from their expertise and years of experience managing corporate communication for various companies
Our motto in client servicing and customer care has been; ‘We keep it simple.
Leadership is an essential function of every organization. Effective administration depends to a great extent on leadership as it holds the ability to influence the employees of the organization with the sheer confidence to work exceptionally hard with a vision to achieve success and complete their designated objectives.
Leadership is about innovation and initiative to achieve success by the quality of the leader to guide the employees for organized efforts that lead them to work in a professional environment.
Learning in leadership is a constant process; the ability to learn with dedication and overcome difficulties, and, most importantly, never giving up are the qualities that create an exceptional leader.
Throughout history, great leaders have emerged with their leadership values in providing directions, implementation of their plans, and motivating people through their actions and their approaches to relative situations.
Let us explore the different leadership approaches that carved great leaders:
The premise of this approach is simple. Instead of focusing on the problems or something which is going wrong, the focus is learning about the problems and implementing vital solutions in problem-solving. Appreciative leadership is all about turning human potential into positive power and using it for a relational and positive process. Appreciative leadership has its roots in appreciative conversation. The mindset plays a significant role in highlighting what is right and could be better with
constructive conversation. Within this approach, an individual can feel encouraged and can work better while maintaining a cheerful outlook towards appropriately executing that task. The mindset of the leaders with this approach focusses more towards,
•The things that are essential to execute tasks properly.
•Focus on what is next, rather than thinking about what is left behind.
•Positive actions towards problem-solving.
•Manage the operations with efficient decision-making skills with the vision, mission, and organizational goals to execute the assigned task properly.
The situational leadership approach is centred on the proper guidance and direction provided by the leader in a necessary situation. The interaction of these two factors is related to the team members, their level of competence, confidence, and commitment towards an assigned task.
The role of the leader is to develop individuals, encourage them towards achieving excellent performance and with the situational approach, the extent to which leader engages in defining roles in setting goals, organizing the workflow, directing, and controlling the efforts, for the essential management.
A leader also executes two-way communication and provides encouraging support in positive communication, active listening, and providing feedback while pointing out the areas of improvement with necessary interactions.
The transformational leadership approach can transform and improve the potentials of individuals, teams, and organizations. They specifically identify their own values, and encourage their employees, to boost up teamwork.
Transformational leaders motivate and teach with a shared view about the future. Their communication skills are exceptionally good, and they can inspire their group or an organization as they believe in every person is capable and competent while working together and expect the best from everyone. They hold themselves accountable as well.
Transformational leaders are always honest, self-aware, authentic, and they have an innovative mindset.
Charismatic leaders never doubt their own decisions. They move forward un-waveringly and believe that the decisions they make are the correct ones. They move through a crowd of their followers, shaking hands and lending an encouraging word. They are undeniably clear on their expectations and where they see the company going.
The relationship between a charismatic leader and followers is an emotional one. People with this leadership skill are experts in the art of developing images for themselves that others want to emulate. Charismatic leaders have four common personality characteristics:
•A high degree of confidence and lack of internal conflict
•High energy and enthusiasm
•Exceptionally good and effective communication skills
•Influencing factors like a role model
A person who adopts the authoritarian leadership approach dictates policy and procedure and directs the work done by the group without looking for any meaningful input from them. The group led by an authoritarian executes its task under close supervision. This leadership approach plays a vital role in situations like:
•When employees are not able to execute their tasks properly, either because of incompetence or lack of experience, they need someone to guide them. An autocratic leader helps these employees to sharpen their skillset and provides them valuable feedback by closely monitoring them.
•An autocratic leadership approach helps the employees to take initiative and motivates them towards their work. When employees need an extra push, an authoritarian leadership style works out better.
These leadership approaches will help individual leaders to rectify situations and implement their skills to improvise and motivate their employees.
Additionally, leaders can enhance the productivity of their employees by providing expert guidance with these diverse leadership approaches.
- Kedar BorgaonkarIf stone could speak, then marble would be the most
marvellous storyteller, patronized by queens, kings, empresses, emperors, and all the royalties and majesties the world over. Marble has seen it and them all since the world’s cradle of civilization– the Roman th and Byzantium era of Turkey’s (Anatolia) 7 century BC.
This supremist precious rock is carbonate stone’s metamorphic transformation, obtained through carbonate’s interlocking crystals. Its coolness, marvel, glory, magnificence, opulence, and majestic allure were enough for Pooja Sharma, the Founder and CEO, to fall in love with it, no, become obsessed with it . Pooja expresses, “ Born into a family that has been in the business of construction marble for more than two decades, I was allured by its natural beauty and historical past of its formation, and foundations it has laid across the world since centuries .”
A thirteen-year-old Pooja , out of curiosity and love, started to learn more about this stone and, in the process, grew with honing business skills and a love for beautiful Décor. Pooja conveys, “ Stealing out time post working with diverse corporate jobs in multiple domains; I revisited my knowledge about marble and my quest for finding the most exclusive decor for home and found the sweet spot for my own brand MARBELOZ ,”– India’s first homegrown luxury marble decor brand that believes in reimagining modern spaces through the natural elegance and luxurious touch of hand-carved pure marble.
So, Pooja kept scrolling Indian and Global websites and apps to find decor that was unique and never-seen-before. These are usually decor adornments crafted from clay, brass, and other metals. Pooja shares, “Then one day, I thought to myself—why not marble? Why restrict it to just the construction business? It’s 100% natural and has a luxurious vein texture that is unique to every marble block. It complements all decor settings, be it modern or vintage, and it has cooling and natural properties that are good for your health. That was the “aha” moment, and I knew what my dream venture would be about!”
Since that day, Pooja, with her team MARBELOZ has been travelling to interiors of India and the world to select the most exclusive and pure textures of marble and extend their charming allure beyond the luxurious floor and wall tiles.
The intricate detailing and hand-painting of hand-carved marble in the interiors of India and the world is like nothing people had seen before, and this had to be shared with the world.
Historically speaking, marble has been synonymous with luxury. Marble artefacts and decor adorned the magnificent royal settings of the palaces and iconic monuments in India and over the world. “ We want to revive this lost glory and preserve this legacy with our reinterpretation of marble craftsmanship for modern décor ,’ feels Pooja.

Aspiration is the first step to innovation. An aspiring mind will perceive the situations with fresh and creative insights. That way it will discover instinctively distinct actionable approaches apart from the creative exceptionality.
These approaches will allow us to review three areas: the precise problem needing solution, a novel tech that will create that solution, and a business model that using that solution will earn profit for the enterprise; thus, creating a successful brand
However, everything here commences with a curious, imaginative, and open mind of a person. Thus, whichever the business is everything revolves around people and their innovative mindsets. In short talented individuals seeking a professional career in an organization; recruitment.

Ms Ahuja started the business from a small room near her house in Greater Noida. It’s been more than seven years now since she started and there is no looking back. She had started this business with a mere investment of INR 35000, with a single client, with a very basic facility but with a lot of determination and great support from her husband
Also, her daughter was just two years old when she registered her firm, but this never became any obstacle to her success; in fact, it added more and more success stories step by step. All of this success which she is referring to here was obviously not a cakewalk but with full of challenges and required a lot of perseverance.
Ms Ahuja mentions, “ As on date, we stand with two operational offices in India: one in Ahmedabad and another in Mumbai with more than 200+ clients (and growing) across the globe .”
Ms Ahuja was raised in a business family, as her father was a businessman and so the feeling of being an entrepreneur was in her roots. When she was blessed with a baby girl, she had to leave her private job to take care of her baby. She and her husband had a lot of brainstorming for her future career plans while managing the baby and then finally decided to start the entrepreneur journey. Ms Ahuja remembers, “ I really wasn’t sure if I will be able to succeed in this, but the idea of starting off was firm in my mind .”
The initial investment, zero staff support and the responsibility to manage the family were some of the biggest challenges that Ms Ahuja faced. Also, to maintain
pace with the competition, to prove her worth to the clients and how she can make difference was also a great challenge.
However, she says that she with her husband’s and her team’s support has been able to counter each challenge coming their way.
Ms Ahuja feels , “The faith that we as a consulting firm hire staff keeping in mind the client’s business requirements and their challenges, maintaining the time frame of manpower requirement and being transparent with our ethics are some of the qualities that differentiate us from other competing companies.” And these are the values that the firm’s clients value the most and have been loyal in choosing it as their recruitment partner.
As an experienced professional, Ms Ahuja’s advice to the budding aspirants willing to enter the business world is expert. She says that to enter the business world, she would recommend the upcoming generation to gain some experience working with a good brand/company, become an expert in one specific trade and then think of starting the entrepreneurial journey.
Also, please keep in mind that it is not an easy sail, but will have everyday challenges, so be prepared for it.
Envisioning both of her companies’ operations with the emerging technologies and automated tools that are revolutionizing the business world by enabling innovations, Ms Ahuja says, “ We have subscribed to the latest recruitment platforms to keep up the innovation momentum and we make sure to regularly upgrade our systems and practices with the latest technologies .”
If one wishes to truly excel and succeed in life, then going beyond personal challenges, inhibitions, fears, worries, weaknesses, and limitations is a must. Sport is an arena which provides that ultimate platform where you get the opportunity to test your mettle and explore your truest self.
For women living in a traditional and patriarchal setup means all this hardship of going beyond triples down because they are women. Yet, since they are made of resolute willpower and are the staunchest reflection of that eternal universal energy, many of them come to the top by winning all those mega wars of their lives and are making India proud by winning national and international sports tournaments and championships.
However, they need to be given opportunities so that they could come forth and transform the athletic field with their resoluteness. What if the opportunity provider is an author, poet, blogger, healer, motivational speaker, and sportssocial entrepreneur just like Sonali Gupta , the Founder and CEO of Go Beyond Sportss , who is the brightest shining stalwart in this regard
Magika Asteria Sportster LLP was registered in 2019 with much fervour and established its brand Go Beyond Sports. Sonali informs, “ We were incubated into the NMIMS AIC as a potential start-up .”
The USP then begin the talk show with sports players highlighting their achievements in various sports and using it as a platform for empowerment and motivation. Sonali recollects, “ However, just as we planned our 1st event, COVID hit, and we had to cancel and sustain everything online .”
Build the company and keep the engagement. The entire team including interns were paid through lockdown even though the company was not generating revenue.
“ We had to pivot several times trying out new verticals because sports was hit the most amongst others and we were still a small start-up without a product to sell ,” says Sonali adding, “ Finally, in 2022 Jan, we have become a platform for promoting sports and movement, education and physical literacy advocates .”
Bringing curated workshops and consultants, and sports experts from various fields on the Go Beyond Sportss platform. Sonali says that a big thank you goes to all their Advisors- Shaji Prabhakaran, Sachin Parekh, Bhaumik Sanghvi, Supporters- friends and family and people from the sports industry, and mostly to our Mentors- Harsh Modi, and primarily Mr Sanand Sahil Mitra, “ Who helped with a new addition to not only our sports to sportss but also a complete rebranding of our outlook, logo, and business model ,” feels Sonali.
Within the three years, Go Beyond Sportss received several mentions and a few awards from social groups, and recognitions from Go Global Awards 2021, FICCI etc. for its efforts in bringing sports and movement to the people.
Sports has always been a passion since Sonali was a child. She has grown up in a building community set up where all children used to get together after school hours to play and have fun. She has played all kinds of sports and all her learnings have come through childhood friends and introductions to sports in the community.
Sonali reveals, “ I was always the only girl to play amongst the boys everything from cricket to football to running
We are a unique platform for promoting sports and movement, education and physical literacy advocates.

races. Hence sports has always been very close to me .” However, it was not converted into a career due to parental and family reasons. But, the desire to play and win for her country and wear its t-shirt had always been there and it still remains.
Sonali took on buying a team for a women’s throwball league locally in Mumbai in 2016 and there on started her journey to convert her passion into a business. She put together a team of women from all kinds of backgrounds and professions most of who had played as children and wanted to revive their love for sports.
“ We went on the become the most popular team in Season 1 and we won Season 2. This journey inspired me to motivate and empower more people to come out and play and join sports and movement as a way of an active healthy life ,” expresses Sonali.
There were and still remain several challenges since the inception says Sonali stating, “ The fact that I don’t come from a background that has educated me to know how to run a business nor was I raised to be taught to earn a living has been my biggest challenge .”
As a very typical Indian girl from the 90’s who comes from a patriarchal and traditional setup, and is educated only enough to be married and have a family and raise children, running a business has been a challenge.
Not only learning technology and platforms and the language of business but changing one’s own self to suit the business is always a challenge, to push yourself every day to learn and fail and still try to go beyond the limitations
“ However, I’m defeating them every day with my passion for sports and commitment towards creating a change ,” says Sonali.
Speaking about the USPs of her brand, Sonali says that it is a multi-sports platform and amongst the few to bring forth not only stories of players from sports like Fencing, Sailing, Sepak Takraw and more. But also, from various sports experts from psychology to physiotherapy to nutrition etc. Apart from popular sports like Cricket, Badminton, Soccer, and Golf, the only platform covering stories from other sports mentioned earlier, these sports players and experts
who have won internationally or nationally for India without recognition or enough coverage.
Sonali mentions, “ We have some very elite players from various sports like Aparna Popat , Sangram Singh, Monty Panesar , Jwala Gutta , Arjun Bhatti , Shiva Keshwan and some very celebrated sports experts like Heath Matthews , Geetha Ghaliyavar etc .”
As an experienced professional, Sonali’s advice to the budding aspirants willing to enter the business world is sporty. “ I would say , ‘ Pivot as many times as required from things that don’t work in your business but don’t ever pivot from the dream and the passion that started it .”
Envisioning Go Beyond Sportss’ operations with the emerging technologies and automated tools that are revolutionizing the business world by enabling innovations, Sonali shares, “ I believe technology and innovations are the need of every hour since mankind itself. They not only help with the ease of doing business or our day-to-day life, but they also challenge us into learning and thinking in new ways and growing as human beings .”
“ My company as a start-up has benefitted tremendously with every requirement as a business thanks to the availability of tech and apps and also to help solve problems ,” she concludes.
Why do many startups and even established businesses, too, fail? Because they do not technovate– technologically innovate
According to Sreena K , an Independent Consultant and CEO of IsikTek , many startups and mid-size companies believe in manual work and doing it all by themselves. At the same time, she believes that this is what diverts you from your core business. That is why adopting technology in the area it is needed, helps one propagate the company and make your team more productive.
These businesses’ failure to use the right tech/tools available in the market at the right time decides the future of their growth. She adds, “ We are in an era where leveraging technology is not an option; it is a must .”
In this tech era, these companies can let the technologies monitor the reception, HR process, accounting, inside sales calls, marketing and many more functions. So as a business, management can focus on the core purpose.
I have helped more than 23+ companies adopt tech and consulted them with the right solution to keep harmony and strengthen the process.
Sreena shares, “ Being an independent consultant, it’s my role to guide and consult companies to adopt the right tech solutions. I have helped more than 23+ companies adopt tech and consulted them with the right solution to keep harmony and strengthen the process .”
To stay ahead of the competition, companies must create a culture of innovation. Enabling innovation is only possible when your team is free from monotonous, mundane work and free to think. “ I believe adopting tech tools can really enable creative minds to lead to innovation ,” says Sreena.
Sreena began her career in Business Development post her graduation. Since then, she knew she wanted to make her career in the business world. Soon she realized she is good at communicating business needs to multiple levels and closing large business values. She continued her career in IT product and solution sales.
Her first start-up was in 2010, Strategems outsourcing Pvt, Ltd . “We were a company of 50 employees specialised in delivering data services, tech research, Vertical forecast and marketing as a service,” reveals Sreena. However, it was not for long, as destiny had different plans for her. She founded StatBI Corp in 2012 to manage their international clients under IT services.
However, Sreena informs, “ In 2018, my husband walked away with the business and earnings. ”
Being a mom of a 5-year-old, Sreena couldn't think of going back to a 9-7 job. And she had to rebuild her whole ecosystem again. That’s when she started as an independent consultant for Retail Business, helping companies with digital growth strategy, GTM and growth strategy in the APAC and Middle-East region. Sreena furthers, “ I would also say that the business network I built over the years was the only reason for me to get the consultant role soon .”
She started with a Tech product company who were building the micro-retail platform. Soon, Sreena showed 13 % growth in the first year only. She then moved to California-based large retail tech MNC in 2019. Sreena puts, “ When I took over this contract, they had no presence in the APAC/Middle-East region. In three years, I brought in nine large fortune 500 clients averaging the revenue bracket from $500000 to $4Million dollars .”
Meanwhile, as a single parent, it was difficult for her to manage everything with a single source of income. Hence as a side hustle, she started consulting small retailers like clothing, skin products and hotel businesses with their digital roadmap, including the tech guidelines. Soon, Sreena realized that helping brands grow was one of her passions. Post her last startup, a few business associates came together this year and founded ISIKTEK Pvt Ltd–to help small and midsize companies with Tech consulting and solutions. They appointed Sreena as the CEO. “ After five years, I’m back in the business. Things work out in their own time; you have to keep pushing yourself to excel without giving up ,” reflects Sreena.
When probed what her inspiration behind venturing into the business arena was, Sreena says that being a serial entrepreneur, she always loved the space of business. Her early exposure to startups gave her an orientation to learn a lot about growth culture. She started her professional career with a startup called Champions Group. She joined the team when it was only 24 people and was there till the team grew to 500.
She was one of the pilot team and could showcase some good ROI and Business value under the guidance of her ExBoss/mentor, Sri Subhakar Rao and Hema Malini. Very few bosses are there who will identify your capability and urge you to do better. Sreena says with gratitude , “I was fortunate to work under leaders who believed in me. I learned consulting. It is also my forte, as my ability to connect the business problem to tech solutions was appreciated in all the roles. I always wanted to work on something which is challenging and excel.”
As an independent consultant, she meets a minimum of three new people from C, V, and D levels, from large to small corporates. She hardly saw any women at that level in those days. She used to lead workshops and problem discussions alone in a meeting room filled with only men.
“As a young gal, I used to feel a little uncomfortable, but as I started adding value to business and growth, I could see people preferring me for the challenge discussions over my fellow mates. This inspired me, and I continue to stick by the role. Meeting new people, learning about their business challenges and crafting a growth roadmap motivates me to get back to work every day,” mentions Sreena .
Speaking about the initial challenges she had to surmount to ensure her business’s success rate reached greater heights, Sreena says, “I can say I have experienced all kinds of challenges a woman has to go through in her career path. Although the rise of women in corporate C-suite started sometime back, I still don’t see many women in the decision-making chairs, which makes my role more difficult and challenging.”
Sreena has often seen decision-makers taking her Male fellow mates more seriously than her during her initial days. She had to work three times harder than her male fellow mates to stay at the top. Later, when she started her business, her husband was totally dependent on her to build, nurture, and add revenue to the company. As a new mother, Sreena used to carry her five months old baby to the office. Managing work, home and her baby was a huge challenge for Sreena while building her startup.
“And when I was closer to the day of relaxing, where my startup was almost coming to an auto mode, my husband dropped a surprise by abandoning my son and me and walking away with the business. Starting again had never scared me, but that day it did. Maybe I was left with only 10000bucks in my bank with a five-year-old boy,” reminisces Sreena . She had no idea; how will she give her son the life he was living till then. Lots of people advised her to go back to her parents.
Sreena says, “But I refused, even though I was scared, traumatized and alone. I guess my hard work paid off. I had built a good professional network for over a decade. Working with C-suits gave me access and the ability to connect back and restart.”
A few clients asked her to take up consulting work. She started with as little as 30k/month. As it was not enough to manage everything, she would do multiple consulting jobs to earn enough to maintain a good lifestyle for her son. And work kept flowing; maybe, as the saying goes, people can take away anything from you but not your brain and talent. So work hard to keep yourself authentic and skilful
Sreena says that there are many professional values and qualities that her clients admire in her the most. Clients really appreciate her understanding business challenges and connecting that to the right tech solutions. Also, her values around the relationship, delivering what is promised and empathetically tackling their challenges, are hugely respected.
“As a consultant, I must be very thoughtful and maintain confidentiality related to my client's revenue and business info. They always value my professionalism related to such info. That helped me to build trust and growing relationship,” shares Sreena
Speaking about the USPs that highlight her uniqueness in the industry, Sreena says that she is an independent consultant, which gives her an edge to solve online business challenges one-on-one and closely look at the business problem to move it ahead in the growth curve. Thus, •One-on-one approach, •Tackling business challenges at the root, •Enabling tech effectively to propagate other business functions, and •End-to-End business function mapping and building up a process for growth based on analysis, are the other USPs.
As an experienced professional, Sreena advises the budding aspirants willing to enter the business world honestly, “ I would say: don’t get comfortable .”
Always expect challenges and be prepared. Use Tech to automate much mundane work and outsource if needed so that your focus is on your product and services. Many startups think they are not ready for tech and end up doing a lot of work manually. “Which I feel is a waste of time, as you are focusing on areas which can be easily replaceable and save time for you to focus on more important things,” suggests Sreena, adding further to build a team which is complementing each other’s work. Having a multitalented and committed team is a blessing. And always stay in touch with your network and build new ones, too.
We constantly shape and reshape our future with our thoughts, beliefs, actions, reactions, and emotions. And since machines are leveraging our intelligence in an artificial way, they are further aiding us in completely transforming our own perception of reality.
Is reality democratic? Does it reveal everything transparently to us about the universe and about our own selves? And can we humans–comprehending this transparent reality– reach universal equilibrium ?
These are no more philosophical questions, as they will be staring us in their severity in the coming future when the game of survival becomes fiercest. A tomorrow whence the powerful will be so indulged in power that they won’t even hear what the powerless are screaming at the top of their lungs.
Thanks to the pandemic and ever-looming climate crisis, the veil of power intoxication have been lifted from the superpower-full eyes. However, we urgently need a unified portal, a united platform where zealous future reforming socio-entrepreneurs like Dr Tamanna Khosla , the Director of Prajna Initiative , can come forth and put forward the exact severity of the issues and propose a unique solution.
Welcome to Physix world , an open source human initiative of building the AI tech platform –where philosophy is a subset–so that we as a united global civilization will reach an international, cultural, and ecological equilibrium.
Dr Khosla is one of the CEO s of Physix world . The company is based in the USA. Dr Khosla received her PhD from JNU, New Delhi, in Political Theory. She is also an Author with keen interests in Political Philosophy,
Feminism, Comparative Politics, International Relations, and Science in humanities.
Dr Khosla will be presenting QuantaVote to the UN. She requests an audience with the Governor of Maine to discuss the repercussions on Democracy. In her appeal to United Nations, Dr Khosla says,
The UN lacks a global solution that is both authoritative and democratic.
Ÿ A social contract between citizens and institutions of global governance has not been developed sufficiently to constitute a sufficient basis for legitimacy.
Ÿ The reliance on scientific and professional bodies directing the actions of the state is incompatible with pure democratic values
In order to address these issues, the Prajna Initiative introduces QuantaVote– which provides a simple ‘ litmus test’ of public opinion .
The distribution patterns of sentiment can be displayed anonymously and instantaneously through a colourful graphical chart of Dissent, Consent, Controversy, and Uncertainty.
The heat maps generated illustrate geocultural differences. QuantaVote increases the resolution of opinion in a democracy. Nuance, the voice of minorities and the last individual, can be seen.
The ultimate authority : the voice of the people, can be recorded in a format that is unbiased, transparent, and easily interpreted by Artificial Intelligence to generate suggestions to resolve the most complex social, economic, and ecological problems.
Dr Khosla says that they–the team Physix , request an audience to demonstrate how QuantaVote can help solve the apparent problems of the modern world and look forward to your prompt attention.
Dr Khosla adds , “We are trying to change the world of academia, politics, pharmaceutical and the UN, based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology.”
Speaking about her inspiration behind this revolutionary initiative, Dr Khosla says that they want to make the world more democratic and transparent.
Dr Khosla shares , “Physix, as we call our technology, uses colours and geometric diagrams to convey the message of democracy from the poorest countries in Africa to the richest like the USA.”
Talking about the challenges they will have to surmount to ensure their mission becomes globally acknowledged and supported, Dr Khosla states that investment in their endeavour by big IT firms like Google and Twitter and reaching out to Elon Musk and Jack Ma of China are the major ones.
Regarding the professional values and qualities admired by people in this Transformatory human endeavour, Dr Khosla believes that their Integrity and use of new technology, which they have developed much earlier than other IT firms, will be their differentiating factor in the coming future.
She further says that Brand Physix USP that highlights its mission’s uniqueness is that it is as simple as a technology which can be understood by a five-year-old to an 80-yearold.
As an experienced professional, Dr Khosla’s advice to the budding aspirants willing to enter the business world is simple. She says that those who are trying to establish their enterprise must possess lots of patience to draw investors’ interest in their business.
When probed about how she envisions Physix’s operations with the emerging technologies and automated tools that are revolutionizing the business world by enabling innovations, Dr Khosla aptly says, “ Physix is a company which has no competition in our business as it is a new technology which can be used in any business worldwide .”
It is the technology of future Information Technology. So it has the potential to revolutionizing the world’s geopolitical structure based entirely on democratic norms.
We are trying to change the world of academia, politics, pharmaceutical and the UN, based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology.

solutions to issues faced by both: Crores of Indian Investors, and thousands of budding startups– Investing/getting funds in an innovative business –INFUBIZ.
Ma’am, please tell us about the saga of your reputed business since its inception.
India has the world's third largest startup ecosystem. INFUBIZ is a technology innovation for ₹10K crore+ market size. INFUBIZ is a startup investment platform through which regular investors can invest as low as ₹5000 in startup companies. Investors can choose startup companies having great ideas and be part of their growth journey and own a piece of the startup company.
INFUBIZ is born with the conviction to open avenues for retail investors, i.e., the common people, 'To invest in startup companies, which until now was 'Opportunity Loss' for them . Ultimately leading to easy, time-bound, seamless online fundraising for startup companies through our technology platform www.infubiz.com.
With successful fundraising for companies with end-to-end online processes, thousands of investors are already part of a growing startup ecosystem now with INFUBIZ.
What was your inspiration behind venturing into the business arena?
This was just a nameless dream six months back. I and my partner in action, a partner in business, Srikanth Gundavaram, belongs to the startup industry. The enriching experience of more than a decade has already shown tremendous growth in the startup ecosystem.
But, Does the $42 billion startup industry have the opportunity for a common man to make them part of it? At the same time, our research proved that 58% of startups have less than $25,000 at their disposal during the early phase . Further, 29% of startups go under because they simply lose funding.
And that's where INFUBIZ came up as a bridge, solving a two-dimensional problem, thanks to technology .
My belief is that ‘ A product, which is born after personal experience, has a strong conviction from founders for tremendous success .’ The pain is already felt in past. Educating investors, and sharing feeds and insights are all part of our process. We aim to make 7.5 crore retail investors part of the startup industry.
What initial challenges you had to surmount to ensure INFUBIZ's success rate reached greater heights?
I have no challenges to quote for reaching heights. Execution post-launch has an overwhelming response, keeping us over-occupied.
But, yes, while implementing, we ensured to follow processes in the sound interest of both investors and startups. Our decision to include expert professional advisory teams was fantabulous, to have secured transacting protocols on the platform. Which just got slightly heavier on our pockets than budgeted.
“
It’s not about ideas, it’s about making ideas happen .”
What professional values and qualities do you think your clients value most in you and your company?
INFUBIZ has customers first, but due diligence is at the top approach. And that's where I know our 'startup investors' have their upscaled confidence for investing through our platform.
We don't collect investor KYC documents. Yeah, you read it right! We just verify it through APIs. In fact, KYC documents of startup companies are also verified through APIs. We pre-decided not to commit manual errors and use technology to the fullest. Not only this, our startup onboarding ratio versus inquiries we get is a meager 4%. We are adamant about campaigning for selective companies only.
What USPs highlight INFUBIZ's uniqueness in the industry you are catering to?
The solution INFUBIZ offers itself is unique. It's a niche segment considering the high-level multiple professional aspects demanded in the model.
To its Investors :
Ÿ
Common Man can invest as low as ₹5000 in startup companies.

Have a scalable product or service offering. Vision for a longer period, contributing a good portion of your life. Revenue-generating offerings are always in demand! Keep that in mind! Freebies are offered at heavy other way costs. Plus, have less customer value and loyalty.
Competition should not be a setback. Learn to do it differently. Understand customer and their needs. In the start, own an inch of all executions. Even daily routine tasks. Remember, 'Devil is in the details .' Lastly, ‘ Start only to Make it Big !
How do you envision INFUBIZ's operations with the emerging technologies and automated tools that are revolutionizing the business world by enabling innovations?

Today everything is just ‘Google’ away. But tech implementation is still nearing break-even for a democracy of our size.
If we talk about scale, then it has to be technology driven. Appreciating the horizon vision of myself and Srikanth. We are using technology at an advanced level vis-à-vis the early stage of our company. But, we would still not bloat about it. We are ambitious to enhance technology for a smoother and more enjoyable user experience soon; in the coming days.
Ÿ
Ancillary services referred to SOS basis for the readiness of campaigning.
As an experienced professional, what would you like to advise the budding aspirants willing to enter the business world?
If you dream of being an entrepreneur, don't just dream; action it. Execution is the difference between me & underway entrepreneurs today. Have a family cashflow runway of at least 6 months.
With technology advancing adoption, INFUBIZ will remain stubborn about its vision to be preferred by crores of retail investors.
