In2012,dealingwithcancertruedmylifearound.Beinga positiveperson,verymuchintoself-help,Icoulddealwith itandovercomethatchallenge,butitleftadesireinmeto impactpeople'slivesandhelpthemdealwiththeir challengeswitheaseandgrace.That'swhenIchosetobea coach,leavingbehindaleadershippositionandahefty salaryintheITworld.NotthatIdidn'tenjoyIT,Idid.It wasjustthatIfoundmypurpose,myloveformakinga differencetopeopleratherthanworkingwithsystemsand code.

WhenIstartedmybusiness,Ihadmultipleresponsibilities. Mydaughterwasjusttwoyears,andmymotherhadcancer, sosheneededextraattention. There was a big question of whether to work for my passions, my purpose or continue the comfortable job giving me all I wanted except following my purpose.

Itookaleapoffaithandkeptonmovingtowardsmy dream.AftermymotherpassedawayandIgatheredmyself tofocus.Withinsixmonths,myfatherwasdiagnosedwith cancerandmyplanstoscalemybusinesswereagain shaken.Afterlosinghimwithineightmonthsofdiagnosis anddippingmuchintothegriefoflosingbothparents,I keptbringingstrengththroughmyworkandimpactinglives onthego. Myhusband-Subramanian'ssupporthadbeen instrumentalindealingwithallthisandhelpingmegrow.

My coaching and its impact on the world kept me going during the difficult times, and I made a huge impression in 2020-2021 by impacting 500+ business owners/professionals. I am privileged to be guided into this profession where I am touching hundreds of lives.
