Club Bilderberg
Los Amos del Mundo together for an intense weekend a few days before the G8 meeting. The security system to protect this group is as elitist as its members. It includes several high-ranking CIA officials. No journalists or TV cameras are allowed. Nobody reports on what is discussed in there, and there are no official photos. The annual meetings of this select association, known as the Bilderberg Club, have been held in an atmosphere of the strictest secrecy since 1954.

En su interior, un centenar de banqueros, jefes de gobierno, economistas, presidentes de multinacionales, académicos y responsables de los medios de comunicación. Todos ellos se encierran durante un intenso fin de semana pocos días antes de la reunión del G8. El sistema de seguridad para proteger a este grupo es tan elitista como sus miembros. Entre ellos varios altos cargos de la CIA. La prensa está prohibida. Nadie informa sobre lo que allí se debate, no hay fotos oficiales. Las reuniones anuales de esta selecta asociación, conocida como Club Bilderberg, se celebra desde 1954 en una atmósfera de estricto secretismo.
SUMOS SACERDOTES DEL CAPITALISMO. El príncipe Bernardo de Holanda fue el primero en imaginar “una entidad destinada a fortalecer la unidad atlántica, a frenar el expansionismo soviético y a fomentar la cooperación y el desarrollo económico de los países del área occidental”. Para constituirla, el padre de la actual reina de Holanda contó con el apoyo de la Banca Rothschild, de Rockefeller y de Henry Kissinger, quienes desde el principio forman parte del núcleo duro del grupo, al que algunos han bautizado como “los sumos sacerdotes del capitalismo”. Según los expertos en Bilderberg, esta asociación cuenta con un comité directivo, el Steering Comitte, compuesto por unas 40 personas. Éstas escogen a los invitados de la edición del año en curso según la agenda temática prevista. En total, unas 150 personas como máximo. En ningún caso las conclusiones se harán públicas, aunque en los últimos años se emiten unas notas de 42 IN PALMA
prensa finales en las que se enuncian los temas tratados durante el fin de semana. Irak, Afganistán, la crisis financiera, la energía nuclear, la supervivencia de la Comunidad Europea, Irán y Rusia, objetivos y horizontes de la Alianza Atlántica (OTAN), consecuencias de la guerra contra el terrorismo y recientemente la biotecnología son algunos de los asuntos estrella. Pero la agenda de los Bilderberg es mucho más amplia. Pretenden promocionar acuerdos económicos como hicieron con el Tratado de Libre Comercio (TLC) de América del Norte o el Acuerdo General sobre Aranceles y Comercio (precursor de la Organización Mundial de Comercio). Apuestan por tres monedas universales, como consecuencia del proceso natural de integración en una única moneda planificado hace tiempo por los precursores de la globalización: el euro para Europa, el dólar para el futuro mercado de las Américas, a través de extender el TLC por todo el continente, y otra para la unión AsiaPacífico. Dejando de lado al continente africano. En cuanto los objetivos y motivaciones del Club es difícil saber la verdad. Entre otras cosas, porque muchas verdaderas conspiraciones han sido desvirtuadas argumentando que creer en conspiraciones es característico de las mentes fantasiosas. Así que lo mejor es que lean, investiguen y se formen sus propias conclusiones.

They are committed to three universal currencies as a consequence of the natural process of integration into a single currency planned some time ago by the precursors of globalization: the Euro for Europe, the Dollar for the future American market, by extending the NAFTA over the whole continent, and another one for the Asian-Pacific union. Leaving out the African continent. As for the club’s goals and motivations, it is difficult to know the truth. Amongst other things, because many conspiracies have been detracted from by the argument that believing in conspiracies is characteristic of fanciful minds. So the best thing is for you to read, investigate and draw your own conclusions.
