Food ingredients Asia 2015 หรือ Fi Asia 2015 งานแสดง สินค้า เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรมส่วนผสมอาหารสำ�หรับอุตสาหกรรม อาหารและเครือ่ งดืม่ แห่งเอเชีย ครัง้ ที่ 20 ได้รบั ผลตอบรับเป็นอย่าง ดีจากผู้เข้าร่วมงานและผู้ออกงาน โดยปีนี้มีพื้นที่จัดแสดงงานเพิ่ม ขึ้นถึง 40 เปอร์เซ็นต์ เมื่อเทียบกับการจัดงานในปี 2013 โดยปีนี้ มีบริษัทชั้นนำ�เข้าร่วมออกงานถึง 650 บริษัท ทั้งภายในประเทศ และต่างประเทศกว่า 40 ประเทศทั่วโลก มีผู้เข้าชมงานมากกว่า 16,000 คน เป็นการพิสูจน์ให้เห็นว่า ไม่เพียงแต่การเติบโตของ อุตสาหกรรมอาหารและเครื่องดื่มในภูมิภาคอาเซียนเท่านั้น งาน Fi Asia ยังสามารถสร้างมูลค่าให้กับผู้ออกงานเป็นจำ�นวนมาก ไม่ น่าแปลกใจทีผ่ เู้ ชีย่ วชาญด้านอาหารและเครือ่ งดืม่ จากทัว่ ภูมภิ าคจะ มองว่างาน Fi Asia เป็นงานทีส่ ร้างธุรกิจและเป็นทีต่ ดิ ต่อเจรจาการ ค้ากับกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมอาหารที่ดี นายมนู เลียวไพโรจน์ ประธานบริษัท ยูบีเอ็ม เอเชีย (ประเทศไทย) จำ�กัด กล่าวว่าการเติบโตนีอ้ าจจะไม่เกิดขึน้ ถ้าไม่ได้ รับการสนับสนุนอย่างต่อเนื่องจากกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม สถาบัน อาหาร (NFI) สภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (FTI) สมาคม วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีทางอาหารแห่งประเทศไทย (FoSTAT) The Federation of Institutes of Food Science and Technology in ASEAN (FIFSTA) สถาบันโภชนาการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล สมาคมอาหารแช่แข็งแห่งประเทศไทย (TFFA) และสำ�นักงานส่ง เสริมการจัดประชุม (TCEB) ตลอดจนสมาคมอาหารอื่นๆ ใน กลุ่มสมาชิกอาเซียน พิธีเปิดงานอย่างเป็นทางการได้รับการตอบรับเป็นอย่างดี จากกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมด้านอาหาร เครื่องดื่ม และ สื่อมวลชนมากมาย โดย ดร. อรรชกา สีบุญเรือง รัฐมนตรีว่าการ กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม กล่าวว่าทางกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมได้มงุ่ เน้น นโยบายและยุทธศาสตร์เพือ่ ให้อตุ สาหกรรมอาหารไทยมีศกั ยภาพ ในการแข่งขันมากขึ้น มุ่งเน้นการสร้างโอกาสในการลงทุนเพื่อการ เติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจของไทย 52

oth visitors and exhibitors have hailed the 20th edition of Food ingredients (Fi) Asia an unqualified success. The figures simply speak for themselves. An increase of 40% in floor space from the last edition of Fi Asia in Bangkok and 650+ leading local, regional and international exhibitors from more than 40 countries, and more than 16,000 trade attendees, proves not only the robust growth of the ASEAN F&B industry, but that Fi Asia continues to deliver value for money for exhibitors, as the regions only event dedicated entirely to food ingredients. It’s no wonder F&B professionals from around the region look to Fi Asia as the place to do business and connect with industry colleagues. Mr. Manu Leopairote, Chairman UBM Asia (Thailand) noted that this significant growth could not have occurred without the continued support of our valuable partners: the Ministry of Industry, the National Food Institute (NFI), the Food Processing Industry Club of the Federation of Thai Industries, the Food Science and Technology Association of Thailand (FoSTAT), the Federation of Institutes of Food Science and Technology in ASEAN (FIFSTA), the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, the Thai Frozen Foods Association (TFFA), and the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), as well as other food processor associations around ASEAN. The Opening Ceremony was well attended by senior industry stakeholders and numerous media. The Minister of Industry H.E. Dr Atchaka delivered a compelling address that resonated with the audience. She highlighted that “the Ministry of Industry is working to oversee policy and strategy to help the Thai food industry to become more competitive. We are focused on making decisions that will create an environment that is conducive to investment and business opportunities needed to secure Thailand’s future.”
