Founded in 2020 by Yan and Susie, Dot Dot began as an independent bubble tea café in North London. The two “mumtrepreneurs” bonded over a shared passion for taste-first, health-led Asian treats. What started as a humble café soon evolved, driven by their commitment to creating low-sugar options without compromising on flavour.
This dedication led to the development of the UK’s first premium ready-to-drink bubble tea, available in glass bottles and cans. Believing bubble tea was ready to evolve into a convenient, grab-and-go beverage, they set out to make it accessible on supermarket shelves and in deli fridges across the country.
In summer 2023, Dot Dot launched in Selfridges to great success, quickly gaining traction with wholesale distributors and premium retail partners. The brand is now stocked by Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Royal Botanic Kew Gardens, Nobu Hotels, cinema groups, universities - and most recently, OCADO through IND!E.
Northern Pasta was born from founder Imogen’s personal journey toward rediscovering food as a source of joy, comfort, and nourishment. After struggling with her relationship with food in her twenties, Imogen began to embrace the idea that food could be something to look forward to - a moment of flavour, happiness, and vitality in the everyday. While working at a local artisan bakery, she discovered the transformative benefits of ancient grains on her gut health. The change in her wellbeing was profound, inspiring her to explore how these grains could be used more widely, without compromising on taste or sustainability.
It was this spark that led to the creation of Northern Pasta. Imogen noticed a gap on the supermarket shelves where uninspiring, mass-produced pasta sat, and saw an opportunity to reimagine a household staple. Her search for quality British-grown ancient grains led her to a remarkable farmer and miller duo who remain valued partners to this day.
Before long, Imogen had roped in her husband, Matt, and together they began crafting pasta from these nutritious grains. Their first batches were sold at a local foodie market in Kendal, where Northern Pasta’s story truly began, rooted in joy, made with love, and crafted for the good of people and the planet.

St. Agnes Candle Co. is run by a Cornish couple who create handmade, 100% natural candles from their old wooden barn workshop in St Agnes, Cornwall. Each piece is handthrown, glazed, and fired by them, surrounded by fields with views of the sea.
Their journey began with the purchase of a pottery wheel and countless hours of selfteaching, eventually mastering the art of throwing beautiful pottery. These handcrafted pots are then filled with natural wax, vegan wicks, and a blend of essential and fragrance oils. Decorative toppers are dried in the barn and carefully placed on each candle as a final touch.
Every candle is made from start to finish in their coastal workshop, where they live and work alongside their beloved Dachshund, George.
Along with candles they also make a range of hand made mugs and cups, you might even find yourself drinking from one of their mugs in a Cornish cafe.

Nuisance Drinks was founded in 2020 by Hugo in the heart of the Cotswolds, inspired by long summers spent with his mother picking stinging nettles to make homemade cordial. What began as a simple celebration of wild ingredients has grown into a bold range of premium, botanical-based soft drinks that transform nature’s so-called nuisances into unforgettable flavours.
At its core, Nuisance celebrates the wild side of nature. From the nettles once dodged to the brambles that left many tangled, each drink honours the often-overlooked heroes of the hedgerow. The result is a collection of sophisticated soft drinks designed for the bold and curious - those seeking something exciting, refreshing, and a little bit unexpected.
Born from a desire to shake up the soft drink space, Nuisance focuses on flavour, quality, and creativity - delivering drinks as adventurous as the landscapes that inspired them.
Sustainability is central to the brand’s mission. Nuisance uses organic sugar, eco-friendly packaging, and contributes 1% of all sales to rewilding projects across the UK. Every can is a small step toward a wilder, greener future.
Nuisance Drinks champions nature, encourages adventure, and believes that even the most unexpected ingredients can become something truly delicious.
Suzie and Iain Millar founded The Scottish Bee Company in 2017 after learning about the alarming decline in bee populations. Driven by a desire to make a difference, they began by supporting beekeepers across Scotland and soon expanded their vision to include all pollinators. This commitment led them to establish RePollinate, a sister charity that protects pollinators and promotes biodiversity through education, wildflower projects, and community engagement.
Recognising the need for a more sustainable, reciprocal relationship between food and the land, they expanded their offering beyond honey. What began with pure, Scottish honey has grown into a wider range of unprocessed, high-quality products - hot honey, dressings, apple cider vinegars, and more - all rooted in the principles of slow food. Each product is crafted with care and intention, showcasing ingredients that reflect Scotland’s landscape, climate, and the values that shape its food culture.
The brand’s mission is to produce food that not only tastes good, but does good. Sustainability, ethical sourcing, and support for community wellbeing are central to everything they do—from eco-friendly packaging and fair wages to partnerships that nurture a more regenerative food system.
The Scottish Bee Company continues to grow as a purpose-led brand, celebrating the best of Scotland’s natural larder while protecting the ecosystems that make it all possible.

POTR designs and manufactures flat pack, self-watering planters made from waste, designed to be posted directly through your letterbox. The product range fosters confidence in growing while minimising waste. Origami innovation is used to transform recycled plastic into a sustainable, minimal pot engineered to take the guesswork out of plant care using the in-built watering system which keeps your flora thriving.
The design of the plant pot has remained largely unchanged for five millennia with little thought going into its carbon footprint. POTR has embraced a holistic approach to sustainable design, resulting in a unique product range which places environmental impact at the core of everything we do.
Inspired by origami, the flat design cuts the carbon footprint of our pots by over 100 times thanks to the weight and volume saved during shipping. The product itself uses up to 95% less material than a traditional planter and the material we do use is made from post consumer and post industrial recycled materials.
Considering user needs, POTR integrated a self-watering system with a reservoir in the pot's base, supported by a capillary action wicking cord. This innovation not only caters to busy lifestyles but also ensures plant longevity, reducing unnecessary wastage of houseplants and their associated carbon footprint.
