No, VAT registration is not required to participate.

�� CAN I POP UP IN MULTIPLE STORES?

Yes! Each store has a separate approval process, and we welcome brands in multiple locations.

�� WHO HANDLES PAYMENTS?

All transactions go through IND!E's payment systems, ensuring smooth processing and reporting.

�� DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY OWN STAFF?

Yes, you are responsible for staffing your pop-up, in line with store opening hours.

�� CAN I CHOOSE MY LOCATION?

You can express a preference, but final placement depends on store approval.

RETAIL COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS

TO PARTICIPATE IN AN IND!E POP-UP, YOU MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING BEFORE GOING INTO STORE:

✔ PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

Minimum £5 million coverage.

✔ PRODUCT LIABILITY INSURANCE

Minimum £5 million (can be combined with Public Liability).

✔ EMPLOYERS’ LIABILITY INSURANCE

£5 million (only required if employing staff at your pop-up).

✔ PRODUCT RECALL PROCEDURE –

Your plan for recalling products if necessary.

✔ COMPLAINTS POLICY –

Clear steps for handling customer complaints.
