They offer great flexibility for workpiece motion control and are ideal for fast handling and positioning tasks. The linear axis is driven by a steel-reinforced toothed belt that repeatably moves light-weight or heavy loads accurately and within a desired cycle time.

Tooth Belt Drive
Mechanical linear unit with external track roller guide. The system is driven by a revolving tooth belt. The carriage and the tooth belt are available in a heavy duty variant. The reinforced carriage and toothed belt versions are suitable for use in applications with high loads. ELZ series units can be configured in a multi-segment design, enabling long strokes of over 20 meters.

Tooth Belt Drive
Mechanical linear unit with external track roller guide. The system is driven by a fixed tooth belt, the omega deflection of the carriage allows the guide profile movement. Several carriages can be driven independently.
The ELSZ system is particularly suited to vertical mounted load lifting within a gantry system and horizontal applications with long strokes where two separately driven carriages are needed.

ELZU gantry system provide dynamic positioning over a wide area and is suited to order picking and warehouse system applications requiring manipulation of small masses. Electric motors have fixed connection positions on the X-axis.
