Orange, Yellow, Blueish White The pumpkins lie on the ground Some are small, some are large As they grow all around

Children are waiting excitedly For then to appear in various places So they can carve and decorate With strange and wonderful faces

Skeletons, witches, wizards and ghosts Gather all around the village Trick or treaters full of joy In expectation of the sweeties

All too soon it’s over And pumpkin soup is made The sweets have all been eaten The children had a good day.
