GETTING STARTED ON CONNECT+ REGISTRATION

What do I need to access the event through Connect+?

A valid registration is required to start setting up your login credentials and attendee profile. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the platform prior to the event.

How long do I have access to the event portal?

This event is available to registered attendees up to 30 days after the event ends.

From the home page on Connect+ you will find quick links with information about the event.

• Speakers

• And more….

You can access the event through any internet-enabled device. This includes your desktop, laptop, tablet, and smartphone.

What web browser should I use?

Please note IAAPA Connect+ works best with Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. If you are experiencing blank pages, streaming issues, or app latency, please switch to one of these two browsers if you have been working on another browser. Internet Explorer does not support IAAPA Connect+.

Follow the step-by-step guide below to access Connect+ on your mobile device.

Step 1: Download the IAAPA Connect+ mobile app. The IAAPA Connect+ app is available on the App Store or Google Play.

Step 2: Check your email for a link to the event. You should have received a Get Started on Connect+ email with a button directing you to a login page. An account was automatically created for you when you registered for the event.

Step 3: Create a password. Each time you login to Connect+ you will be prompted for your password.

Step 4: Review your profile information. Your profile allows you to connect and share information with other attendees, speakers, and exhibitors.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Where will I find the Get Started on Connect+ email?

Check the email account used to register for the event. Be sure to check your spam folder.

I have downloaded the Connect+ mobile app but there is no registration linked to my email. What should I do?

Seek help at the Connect+ help desk or connectplus@iaapa.org. Provide the following information:

• Email used to register

• First and Last name

What if I cannot remember my Connect+ password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on Send me a magic link. Then, check your email for the magic link to set-up a new password.

Step 5: Start Connecting! Your Connect+ profile is your digital presence at your event. Connect to other attendees, check out digital exhibitor booths, and stay up to date on what’s happening.

I didn’t receive an email from Connect+. What should I do?

Registered attendees should have received an email. Please confirm your registration. If your registration is confirmed, then seek help at the Connect+ help desk or connectplus@ iaapa.org. Provide the following information:

• Email used to register

• First and Last name

Can I change the platform language in Connect+?

Yes! Click on your profile and then got to Settings Click on English and then select the desired language from the list.
