UK-CHINA: HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGY #UKCHIF & INVESTMENT FORUM UK-CHINA: HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGY & INVESTMENT FORUM CHONGQING PROVINCE PROCUREMENT MISSION MAY 2016 - LONDON

Working in partnership, #UKHIF and the British Chinese Society of Health Informatics (BCSHI) have created a platform to engage senior healthcare stakeholders from China and the UK, to form relationships that will enable an accelerated move towards patient centric integrated health and social care. Following on from last years Zhejiang Province Forum, you have the exciting opportunity to be part of a private meeting taking place in London that will welcome Senior Government Officials from the Chongqing Province together with selected UK Government Health Officials, Healthcare Providers and Technology Suppliers. Industry experts will have the chance to share examples of best practice that can be applied by the Chongqing Province of China, reducing time spent replicating what is already being implemented effectively by other healthcare providers. Following the ever popular #UKHIF interactive format, the agenda will be designed to raise specific challenges being faced by healthcare providers when trying to create a fully integrated care pathways for citizens in the UK and the Chongqing Province. In the build up to the forum, delegates will have the chance to provide specific examples of areas they need advice and guidance on, this will form the agenda to ensure specific resolutions are reached using the expertise of healthcare providers and importantly the technology providers in attendance. Technology providers in attendance will be able to explore commercial opportunities in the Chongqing Province of China whilst building product/brand awareness with potential clients from across the UK. The success of these meetings are based on the number of healthcare providers requirements answered on the day, this forum is about turning words into action, to identify opportunities to improve patient services and apply specific technologies to implement that change.

UK-CHINA: HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGY #UKCHIF & INVESTMENT FORUM UK-CHINA: HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGY & INVESTMENT FORUM CHONGQING PROVINCE PROCUREMENT MISSION FORMAT

Registration Introductions: The registration period of the forum provides a great opportunity for delegates to build a picture of the other attendees roles in the sector and to break the ice prior to the main sessions. Our team will be on hand to make introductions between yourself and any key delegates you would like to meet. Interactive Panel Sessions: The panel sessions make up the core of the forum and are used to create an interactive, animated discussion between delegates. Each panel will feature six delegates from the UK and China responsible for health and social care delivery. The agenda for the session will be formulated and developed throughout the build up to the forum, all registered delegates will have a chance to contribute themes and topics for discussion which ensures the very latest subjects will be addressed. Networking Sessions: As a result of the interactive panel sessions, delegates have a huge amount of information to discuss further with specific speakers and audience members. These more private conversations take place during the networking breaks and provide a perfect opportunity for development of initial discussions. Innovation in Action Showcase: Creating a platform for innovation and new approaches to emergency response, the showcase will allow up to four delegates to provide short, 15 minute presentations that highlight the ways in which innovative techniques have been used to improve services. Interaction Spaces: To progress the discussions as far as possible on the day, we create an area that features six selected NHS Trusts and technology vendors. Delegates will be on hand to highlight project requirements and to demonstrate the best way to overcome specific challenges discussed during the panel and networking sessions.
