EMPLOYEE WELLBEING POLICY 1. PURPOSE Hulk Heavy Diesel (“Hulk”) is committed to ensuring the health and wellbeing of its employees. The intent of this policy is to outline the guiding principles used to ensure social and emotional wellbeing exists throughout workplace practices, policies and culture. The employee wellbeing program is limited to Hulk employees.
2. POLICY Ensuring to achieve a high standard of employee wellbeing is in the best interest of everyone. It maximises productivity, creates a happier workplace, and is excellent for the overall wellbeing and quality of life of the individual. The policy is designed with employee wellbeing in mind. It is not intended to be unpleasant, time consuming, or forceful. We also encourage employees to participate in our wellness program, but their participation is voluntary. There won’t be any punishment or adverse action for employees who choose not to use our wellness resources and program. Whether or not an employee chooses to access the wellness program, every employee must: a) Understand this policy and seek clarification from management when required; b) Consider this policy while completing work-related duties and at any time while representing the organisation; c) Support other employees in their awareness of this policy; d) Support and contribute to providing a safe, healthy and supportive environment for all workers; and 2.1
