CODE OF CONDUCT 1. PURPOSE The Code of Conduct (Code) outlines the standards of behaviour expected with all personnel across the entire Hulk Heavy Diesel (“Hulk”) business. The code is not intended to be exhaustive, but rather as a guide to help personnel make better decisions.
2. POLICY The Code operates across the entire Hulk business including Employees & third parties engaged as Contractors. Personnel must not engage in any conduct that is inconsistent or contrary to the Code. Any alleged breach of this Code will be investigated by an appropriately qualified person in accordance with our investigation process. A proven allegation may result in disciplinary action. When interacting with our customers, you are also bound by their Code. This can also include mandating you to follow the customers own internal standard, practice and process. Hulk values: 1.
