Hulk Heavy Diesel Safety statement Hulk Heavy Diesel actively manages health and safety. This formal safety statement coupled with our proactive safety culture is aimed at preventing harm to people, assets, and the environment.

Hulk Heavy Diesel is committed to a safety culture that ensures the health, welfare and safety of its workers. Our commitment extends to ensuring our operations does not place the wider community at unnecessary risk of injury, illness or property damage.

Our aim is to achieve zero harm and prevent all workplace incidents and injuries.

WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY STATEMENT OVERVIEW

Hulk Heavy Diesel is committed to a safety culture that ensures the health, safety and welfare of its employees, contractors, visitors, and users of its products.

We aim to prevent harm by proactively identifying hazards and removing or reducing risks to as low as is reasonably practicable.

Our safety culture objectives are to: 1. Comply with all relevant legislation, compliance codes and industry standards; 2. Commit to the provision of resources that exceed compliance; 3. Integrate risk management principles when planning, making decisions, and determining mitigation to a standard of “as low as is reasonably practicable.”; 4. Engage with our workforce about health and safety behaviours and issues likely to affect their workplace; 5. Encourage and influence third party stakeholders to comply with all relevant Workplace Health and Safety laws; 6. Provide information, instructions, training and supervision for our workforce to ensure they work in a safe environment; 7. Establish, maintain, review and pursue continuous improvement of Hulk Heavy Diesel’s safety performance and management systems; 8. Measure safety risks and objectives at all levels of the business; 9. Encourage and recognise safety initiatives from the entire workforce; 10.Reinforce the principle that all injuries are preventable if safety risks are foreseeable; 11.Be exemplary in our behaviour;

All Hulk Heavy Diesel workers have a personal responsibility to: • Ensure the safety of themselves and others by taking reasonable care.

• Undertake their duties whilst actively cooperating and being compliant with Hulk Heavy Diesel’s safe work plan’s.

• Support the safety management systems.

• Immediately notify management of any workplace hazard, incident or injury.

• Participate in health and safety activities, meetings and investigations.

Our commitment to the First Nation people of Australia Hulk’s senior leadership team are committed to reducing the profound gap that exists between First Nation people and non-indigenous Australians.
