OB GYN Clinic & Ultrasound Center

Design Conceptualization

The design of this OB-GYN Clinic and Ultrasound Center creates a calming, patient-focused environment that blends comfort with functional efficiency.

Consultation Rooms: Private, soundproof rooms with soft lighting, adjustable exam tables, and soothing nature-inspired artwork

Ultrasound Rooms: Welcoming spaces with dimmable lighting, a large screen for shared viewing, and cozy seating for family members.

Waiting Areas: Comfortable seating with calming color palettes for a relaxing atmosphere.

HSAM Learning Common

Design Conceptualization

The proposed HSAM Learning Common is designed to create a dynamic, energizing environment where students can engage in various learning activities and foster interaction.

This space allows students to transition smoothly between classes and after-school activities, offering a casual hangout area.

The design prioritizes functionality, safety, and well-being while using lighting, color, and texture to create an aesthetically pleasing, conducive space for both learning and teaching.

Modern technology and tools are integrated, supporting active, engaged learning between students and faculty in a space both will enjoy.

"Interior architecture is a practice that incorporates the art of design and the science of architecture. It focuses on the technical aspects of planning and building a room."

Design Layout

Education is always evolving We have learned that the surrounding ambiance of a learning environment makes a significant impact on the emotional, psychological and intellectual development of the students and teachers alike

This is the concept that came about with the design of the HSAM Learning Common.

Floor Plan

With the room in L-shape form, the first point of consideration is where the educator will stand to reach the students across all parts of the room while making most of the space

With that in mind, the platform is located at the corner where both students can see and hear the TV monitor, projector screen, and the teacher at a good viewing distance.

Proposed HSAM Learning Common

Design Project initiated by Alumni High School Batch '95 and Grade School Batch '91

Farin Residence

Design Conceptualization

This project focuses on the architectural interior design of a second-floor unit spanning 42 square meters, efficiently accommodating three bedrooms and one full bath.

The Site

Located in Provence Camella Homes, this design combines modern elements with a soothing ambiance to promote relaxation and restful sleep. Every room is thoughtfully designed to maximize space, offering practical spacesaving solutions within a limited area

The Plan

To enhance privacy, the master's bedroom door was relocated to provide separate access to the children's bedrooms.

The walls and ceilings were repainted, with each room reflecting the owner's chosen color scheme Additional lighting fixtures were installed, alongside updated electrical, cable, and outlet wiring

The floors were finished with laminated wood, adding a modern yet warm touch to the overall design.

The aim is to deliver a layout that will maximize the area with shop fit-outs for practical storage spaces.

And a fresh face lift of interior finishes for a modern look and yet warm and welcoming.

Interior Finish

2018 December | Farin Residence

Provence, Camella Homes, Calumpit, Bulacan

At Farin Residence, custom-built closets were designed and installed in all bedrooms to meet the users' specific needs. Mirrors on the sliding cabinet doors enhance functionality while creating the illusion of more space. The full ceiling height was maximized, adding valuable storage space.

Children's beds were modified with bespoke pull-out beds, and tailored study tables with integrated lighting and storage shelves were created for both rooms. The boy’s closet was fitted with display shelves and see-through glass doors for added style.

In the master bedroom, a custom closet dresser with display shelves and a mirror was designed. A lighted headboard was also created for the new bed. Laminated wood flooring was used throughout the bedrooms and hallway, adding warmth and modern appeal.

The bathroom was repainted, updated with new sanitary fittings and lighting fixtures, and fitted with a custom storage cabinet and glass display shelves.

The completed project resulted in a more comfortable living space, which the clients absolutely loved.
