設計理念 「疊斗式大木作」（簡稱疊斗積木）架構是台灣廟宇結構系統中最為主 要且最為複雜精緻的構造系統，其榫卯接合技術，展現了精湛的邏輯科 學精神。本設計的創作來源為疊斗式大木作的榫卯技術，將瓜筒、瓜拱、 通隨、束隨、斗、關刀拱、通、束仔等構件的開槽、燕尾榫、芽榫等榫 卯接合意象，轉化與抽象化，設計組合成正立方體型積木玩具，同時可 再與其它構件組合成外圓內方之具「天圓地方」意象的文化生活飾品。 本作品將傳統建築構造之”榫卯”(mortise and socket) 智慧傳承轉化， 洗鍊回歸成為「方與圓」的純粹原型，蘊涵建築科學與美學、傳統與現 代，呈現科技與人文的連結，此形塑概念是時間與空間的銜接、交織、 互生、並置與融合。 Architoy is an instructional toy intended to help children understand the Diedou structural system of Taiwanese temples, the most sophisticated construction system in traditional Taiwanese temples. It employs mortise and socket techniques, which not only represent the spirit of physics and logic, but also define the aesthetics of the temple. Architoy simplifies the mortise and socket structural components of the Diedou system (guā-tǒng, guā-gǒng, tong-suí, shù-suí, dòu, guan-dāo gǒng, tōng, shù-zǐ) into a puzzle-like building block. The block can be mounted in a display stand. The completed form becomes a decoration artifact embodied with Chinese concept of “Round Heaven, Square Earth,” a juxtaposition…..

乾坤球：國產材＋類壓克力塑膠 將疊斗積木至於透明球體中，球體與方體為宇宙幾何原型，球體象徵 天為乾、立方體積木象徵地為坤、天地陰陽交融互生、孕育萬物、稱 之為乾坤球。

天圓地方：台灣紅檜 本作品將傳統建築構造之”榫卯”(mortise and socket) 智慧傳承轉化，洗鍊回歸成為 「方與圓」的純粹原型，蘊涵建築科學與美 學、傳統與現代，呈現科技與人文的連結， 此形塑概念是時間與空間的銜接、交織、互 生、並置與融合。
