OD OLIMPA DO OLIMPA mačevalačkoj olimpijki i voditeljici MOO-ova programa “Karijera nakon karijere” (IOC/IPC Athlete Career Programme) u sklopu Adecco grupe pomagali su trofejni talijanski olimpijac u streljaštvu Niccolo Campriani, član MOO-ova programa, djelatnica MOO-a Jovina Choo, jedriličarska olimpijka iz Singapura (Rio 2016.) te Simon Jones iz Svjetske športske akademije (WAoS). U provedbi radionice o učinkovitom uključivanju vrhunskih športaša u poslovni svijet nakon športske karijere, MOO je angažirao i sedmerostrukog hrvatskog olimpijca Zorana Primorca, predavača-instruktora u Međunarodnoj stolnoteniskoj federaciji (ITTF).
Akcije iz sporazuma HOO-a i Kubanskog olimpijskog odbora Predsjednik Hrvatskog olimpijskog odbora Zlatko Mateša ugostio je 8. prosinca kubanskog veleposlanika u RH Juana Antonija Fernandeza Palaciosa s kojim je razgovarao o realizaciji niza zajedničkih akcija koje proizilaze iz sporazuma kojeg su HOO i Kubanski olimpijski odbor potpisali 2016. godine. Sastanku je nazočilo i izaslanstvo Kineziološkog fakulteta u Zagrebu, predvođeno dekanom Tomislavom Krističevićem i njegovim prethodnikom na toj dužnosti Damirom Knjazom te čelnici nacionalnih saveza bejzbola, juda, vaterpola i futsala. U razgovorima su sudjelovali i predsjednik Hrvatskog baseball saveza Osvaldo Vavra te glavni tajnik Europske baseball federacije Krunoslav Karin, predsjednica Hrvatskog judo saveza Sanda Čorak, dopredsjednik Hrvatskog vaterpolskog saveza Perica Bukić i predsjednik HNS-ove komisije za razvoj futsala i dopredsjednik Uefine komisije za futsal Boris Durlen, koji su ponudili konkretne oblike suradnje i razmjenu iskustava od kojih bi obje zemlje imale koristi. Kineziološki fakultet je, primjerice, spreman sudjelovati u razmjeni studenata i s iskustvima iz športske dijagnostike. Hrvatski judo savez nudi suradnju prema programu "Judo u školama", prihvaćenog od Ministarstva znanosti i obrazovanja RH i nagrađenim priznanjem MOO-a. Hrvatski vaterpolski savez čiji šport obiluje vrsnim trenerima, predlaže da se za razvoj kubanskog vaterpola, organizira stručna radionica najtrofejnijeg svjetskog trenera Ratka Rudića. Ravnatelj HOO-ova Odjela za istraživanje i unaprjeđenje razvojnih programa Neven Šavora, ustvrdio je da postoje kvalitetni uvjeti suradnje i u hrvanju, boksu i odbojci te da će se i u tom području moći oblikovati buduća suradnja dvaju olimpijskih odbora. Sastanku je prisustvovala i voditeljica odjela za međunarodnu suradnju HOO-a, Ljiljana Ujlaki Šubić.

je već u uzrastu od 12 godina (U-12), potom i u U-14 vrsti, a, prema procjenama kandidira i za U-16 reprezentaciju. Ostvarila je i nekoliko zapaženih nastupa 2016. u međunarodnoj konkurenciji. Stipendiju od 1500 američkih dolara mjesečno dobivat će do kraja četverogodišnjeg plana Olimpijske solidarnosti MOO-a do 2020. godine, odnosno dok traju uvjeti. International Olympic Committee and Adecco Group’s training on „Career after Career“ International Olympic Committee’s Olympic Solidarity one-day Athlete Career Programme training was organized on December 12th in Zagreb in cooperation with the partner Adecco Group. The training, co-organized by the Croatian Olympic Committee, gathered at Zagreb’s hotel Westin 28 participants including handball players Ivana Dežić, Jelena Kajfeš and Marijeta Vidak, basketball representatives Mate Skelin, Sandra Mandir and Ana Lelas, volleyball representatives Marija Anzulović, Ivona Ćaćić, Marino Marelić and Tea Kačić Bartulović, karatekas Ana Marija Bujas Čelan, Vlatka Kiuk, Luka Požgaj, Enes Garibović and Besim Aliti and Luka Luško as judo representative. Gymnastics representatives were led by Marijo Možnik, followed by Matija Baron, Anton Kovačević and Leonardo Kušan. Double Olympian Mario Vekić was the only rower, Ivan Milaković was the only water polo player, Vanja Blažun was the only tennis player. The representatives of Paralympic sports - Branimir Budetić, Matija Grebenić, Ante Rađa, Dino Sinovčić and Kristijan Vincetić were also active participants of the International Olympic Committee’s training on career after career. Training instructor Claudia Bokel, three-time fencing Olympian from Germany and Chair of the IOC/IPC Athlete Career Program “Career after Career” within the Adecco Group, was assisted by a trophy-winning Italian Olympian in shooting Niccolo Campriani, a member of the same IOC Program, IOC’s employee Jovina Choo, a sailing Olympian from Singapore (Rio 2016) and Simon Jones from the World Academy of Sports (WAoS). Seven-time Croatian Olympian Zoran Primorac, an ever more prominent lecturerinstructor at his parent International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) was engaged to assist in the implementation of the training on effective inclusion of top athletes into the business world after the completion of their active sports career. Actions based on the agreement between the Croatian and Cuban Olympic Committee President of the Croatian Olympic Committee, Zlatko Mateša, hosted on December 8th the Cuban Ambassador to Croatia, Juan Antonio Fernandez Palacios, with whom he talked about the realization of a series of joint actions arising from the agreement signed by the Croatian and the Cuban Olympic Committee in 2016. The delegation of the Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb, headed by the Dean Tomislav Krističević and his predecessor Damir Knjaz, as well as the Heads of National Olympic Sports Federations - Croatian Baseball, Judo, Water Polo and Futsal Federations. The President of the Croatian Baseball Federation Osvaldo Vavra and Krunoslav Karin, Secretary General of the European Baseball Federation, President of the Croatian Judo Federation Sanda Čorak, Vice-President of the Croatian Water Polo Federation Perica Bukić, and President of the Futsal Development Committee at the Croatian Football Federation and Vice-President of UEFA’s Futsal and Beach Soccer Committee Boris Durlen attended the discussion as well and offered concrete forms of cooperation and exchange of experiences benefiting both countries. For example, the Faculty of Kinesiology is ready to participate in the exchange of students as well as of experiences in sports diagnostics. The Croatian Judo Federation offers cooperation under the Program Judo in Schools, accepted by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Croatia and awarded by the International Olympic Committee. The Croatian Water Polo Federation, abundant in excellent coaches, suggests organizing an expert workshop of the most accomplished world coach Ratko Rudić aimed at development of Cuban water polo. Director of Croatian Olympic Committee’s Research and Development Program Enhancement Department Neven Šavora pointed out that there are quality conditions of cooperation in wrestling, boxing and volleyball and that the future cooperation of the said two Olympic Committees might be shaped in these fields as well. The meeting was attended by Ljiljana Ujlaki Šubić, Head of the Croatian Olympic Committee’s International Cooperation Department.
