爛漫枝頭．熊谷櫻堤 KUMAGAYA SAKURA TSUTSUMI
作為賞櫻聖地的日本，在春天時分絕對是旅
者首選，但各人山人海的賞花名所有時亦會令 人喘不過氣來。這個春季，不妨考慮到東京毗 鄰的崎玉縣，在長達兩公里、櫻花盛開的長堤 旁度過一個悠閒下午。熊谷櫻堤是日本「櫻花 名 所10 0 選」之一，雖曾多次凋 零，甚至被 燒 毀，但在重新種植櫻花樹後，熊谷櫻堤已重回 往日的壯麗；3月下旬到4月上旬期間，更會舉辦 「熊谷櫻花祭」，屆時夜櫻在燈光的照耀下一片 「火樹銀花」的美景，襯着花瓣柔灑飄落的「櫻 吹雪」景象，定必令人心醉神迷。

apan is a must-visit for those wishing to have a glimpse of exquisite sakura in full blossom. If you’d like an atypical place to view them, we cannot recommend this spot enough. A short train ride from Ueno in Tokyo will bring you to this picture-perfect backdrop, perfect for romantic strolls and a breath of fresh air. One of Japan's top 100 cherry blossom viewing sites, you will soon understand why. The contrasting colours of pale pink, bright yellow and serene green is artfully arranged along a two-kilometre-long row of cherry trees by the Arakawa riverbank. During late March to early April, a festival will also be held with food stands and illuminations for an enhanced experience.

ell known for its ever-changing and impressive landscape, Fushoushan Farm is situated on the summit of Lishan, where you can enjoy panoramic views of Hehuanshan and Xueshan. Also known as the ‘Petite Switzerland in Taiwan’, the farm may take a bit of effort to arrive at, but it will be well worth it. In spring, the full bloom even extends across 900 hectares of awe-inspiring beauty. Besides, the high-mountain area is also specialized in temperate fruits and mountain vegetables, especially pears, peaches and apples in summer.

月起始，亮黃色的油菜花便開始把濟州島渲 染成一片花海。為宣傳及 鼓 勵 種植 油菜花，韓國 每年四月都會舉行「濟州油菜花慶典」。從2 016 年起，活動 地 點定在了西歸浦市表善面加 時里， 以被 譽為「韓國最美的10 0 條 道 路」的鹿山路為 中心，在兩旁盛開的油菜花田及濟州迷你馬體驗 公 園 展開活 動。「濟 州油 菜 花 慶 典」期 間，旅 客 有機會體現多個以油菜花為主題的活動，如油菜 花遊行、油菜花音樂節及製作油菜花水杯和香薰 等。濟州迷你馬體驗公園內的騎馬體驗活動亦是 不可錯過，這個新年，必定要在春日暖陽下「走馬 看花」一趟！

eju island in South Korea is a scenic gem in itself, but come every spring, fields of bright yellow canola flowers start to flourish; signaling the start of a beautiful season. These flowers bloom from late March to early April, where festivities are held to celebrate in accordance with the exuberance. Though you will see the flowers scattered everywhere across the island, the Jorangmal Experience Park is the best place to start. Did you know that not only do canola blossom herald in spring, Jeju is also the place where spring first arrives in Korea! Another interesting fact - the canola oils used in cooking are made from the very same flower type too.

日本水果向來都廣受歡迎，其中 人 氣 最 為高企 的 一定 要 數 只在 冬季才出現，紅當當、甜絲絲的 士多啤梨。每年1月至5月，是士 多啤梨最當造的日子，如果剛好 在這段時間造訪日本，便可以一 嘗即採即吃士多啤梨。全國眾多 果園中，只有熊本縣能吃到名為 01.要挑又紅又大的士多啤梨，十分好吃！ 02.種植的地方是於溫室之內，所以不用擔 心天氣太冷的問題，小朋友與老人家都可以 盡情大吃特吃。

到 阿 蘇，相 信 對日本有少 許 認 識 的 人都 會 立即想 到 阿蘇火山，但 除此以外，阿蘇南面同樣 有多個美麗的景色尚在等人開發。有機會前往阿 蘇，可以考慮多逗留1天前往看看這個世外桃園。 04

活火山，感覺雖危險，但如果人生 有機會一踏上其火山口，看着冒 煙的火頭，律動有致的噴發活動， 能夠親身感受到地球的跳動，相 信是不少人的願望。而近年活躍十 足的阿蘇火山，是一個頗為容易 去的活火山，計劃於本年3月將重 新開放山頭讓旅客上去看看。即 使未能登頂，亦有一個記載詳細 資料的展覽館位於山腰，設有多 個活動模型及一個名為「S u p e r R ing」的投影，清楚簡單讓旅客 理解阿蘇地區的形成的方式。欣 賞完後，更多以到樓層的頂樓，以 一個更近的距離眺望阿蘇山，壯 觀且雄偉。

刺激的洞穴探索 對 當 地 人 來 說，這 個 可 謂 是 一 個已經發展成熟的景點，但卻並 不 為 外 國 人 所 知 道。洞 窟 夏 涼 冬暖，長年保持在攝氏十多度左 右。進去之前，貼心的日本 職員 會為客人預備好完整的裝備，然 後 只 要 緊 跟 着 領 隊 移 動 即 可。
剛 進 洞 窟 時以 為 裏 面沒有什麼 可看性，但內裏的鐘乳石保留完 整，又有不同形態。如果喜 歡 較 刺激的行程，建議旅客選擇「冒 險Course」，爬上爬下，還要涉 水，但卻看到一大片鐘乳石洞及 洞穴內部的瀑布，極為好玩。 07

自從多了一般由熊本市開出的SL

人吉列車後，這個地方漸漸為人所認 識，但 大多數 人只坐完列車後就離 開。不多香港人認識人吉球磨地域這 個小鎮其實這裡有很多值得停留的 景點，以下就為大家一一介紹。
一年四季的激流大冒險 激流于人的感覺是夏天的活動， 原來全年亦可以𣈱玩河流之上。 夏天不少人會挑戰這裏的激流。 戴上頭 盔，穿上救 生衣，乘 坐橡 皮艇，順流而下，沿途 會遇上彎 道陡坡礁石各種刺激，水急位置 更會將橡皮艇拋起，充分體驗日 本三大急流之一的魅力。相對夏 天，冬天河水 較少，所以亦不像 夏天 那麼「激」。但冬天的風也 相 對較冷，為了解決這個問題， 店家忽發其想，把日本家庭常用
的暖爐桌帶到船上。暖爐桌發熱 的原材料其實只是最簡單的炭， 再放上一張長桌子，夾着一張厚 被，就可以抵禦 寒風。隨着小船 搖擺，邊品嘗美酒佳餚，邊欣賞 沿途風景，往下流漂去。船家會 因應當天的水流，有時還可以讓 客人試試划木船的滋味，全程照 顧周到！ 09,10. 由經驗老到的船夫划着木船，旅客只 需安坐位置上，一年任何時間也能享受到急 流的過癮及沿途風光。

彷如置身古代的民村

在普通現代的民居中，有一些古 老的建築群屹立於這裏多年，沒 有因城市開發而被迫遷拆。反而 被當地有心的人好好保留下來， 並開始發展成特色區域。有由古 時 候 沿用至今 的溫 泉 浴場 及 劇 場（八千 代座），外表 洋式但介 紹傳統工藝的山鹿燈籠民藝館， 演變成有風味的小餐館的古民居
等。隨便走進任何一家商店都會 有意外驚喜。其中一間特別好玩 的小店，外表毫不起眼，但裏面 竟然有製作KUMAMON公仔的 活動，原材料還是用蟲繭。師傅 全程在旁協助，即使是小朋友也 一定能 成 功 製作 全 世界 獨 一無 二的KU M A M O N公仔，帶回家 做手信。

踏上KUMAMON列車 作 為 K U M A M O N 的 故 鄉，當 然在任 何地方都會出現這位 明 星 的 身 影，熊 本 電 鐵 早 就 與 K U M A M O N 合 作，製 作 了 既 實用 又可 愛 的 K U M A M O N 列 車， 除 了 帶 給 當 地 居 民 歡 樂 外，也 吸 引 了 更 多 海 外 的 K U M A M O N 粉 絲 到 來，只 為 坐 上 列 車，與 K U M A M O N 拍

熊本 市 櫻花樹下的城堡 與名古屋城、姬路城同稱為日本三大名城的 熊本城，位於熊本市的中心，在熊本市中心 逛街時，也偶爾能看到熊本城雄偉的身影。 熊本城同時亦被稱為銀杏城，天守前座立一 棵巨大的銀杏樹，因為當年建造此城時，擔 心會出現圍城戰，為了能更有把握勝出，所 以在城內種植了很多銀杏樹，以用作糧草之 用。而另一個可看的點是櫻花樹，每年到了 春天，整個城內開遍漫天櫻花，令人陶醉， 為熊本 城 帶來四季不同的色 彩；金 黃 色的 秋 天及粉紅色的春天。雖然城內暫時 不能 內進，但仍可從「加 藤神 社」和「二之丸公 園」看到修復中的模樣。 熊本城 地址：日本熊本縣熊本市中央區本丸1-1 網址：kumamoto-guide.jp/kumamoto-castle 照片攝於平成28年熊本地震前

城彩苑 城彩苑位於熊本城附近，感覺好 像在某些有關江戶時期的日劇中 看過這種裝潢。網上查了一下， 櫻 花 小路 是以 江戶時 代 城下町 風情而建的，裡面有23間出售熊 本縣產珍品的店舖，也有體驗熊 本縣飲食文化的餐飲店。剛好我 來到的時候有表演看，更有幸與 演員一同拍照留念啊！ 湧湧座有點像博物館，可藉著看 展品和虛 擬 影 像 體 驗 熊本的歷 史，或者穿一下日本江戶時代的 服飾留倩影也可以啊！
館中整個感覺是很有童話氣息的，不斷 播著KUMAMON的節目片段和音樂。到 了特定時候又會有KUMAMON熊的表演 環節。如果想安坐場內看本尊真身就最 好比預定時間早一小時來排隊啦！早已脫 離了童年我來說已沒有甚麼Fantasy，於 是就問了職員一個很理性的問題。 我：「KUMAMON入面是誰？」 職員：「嘻嘻！告訴你一個秘密，KUMAMON是5歲的男仔熊啊！」 當然我那就沒有追問牠是不是與蠟筆小新一樣年年都是5歲啦！ 只是覺得有這種信念那就不要說穿令小朋友失望吧！說不定 KUMAMON真的是年年5歲的男仔熊啊！

「熱田神宮」 據 說熱田神宮是繼 伊 勢神宮之後， 第二最多人參拜的神宮，一年內有八 百萬人來參 拜。原 來熱田神宮已有 1900年歷史之久，供奉的是熱田大 神，也是日本三神器之一：草薙劍之神靈，同時為日本天皇統治 權所在。這裡對於名古屋人來說是相當重要的，每逢新年，這 裡聚集了許多人來這裡「初詣」，即是新年的第一次參拜，當地 居民甚至親切的稱熱田神宮為「熱田san」。 新鮮水果千層蛋糕

我認識HARBS這間水果千層蛋糕店並 不是在名古屋，有一次去東京採訪，發 現每次看到這間店門外總會有一條長 龍。後來才知道，原來HARBS的本店 是 在名古屋，所以來這 裡 就 一定 要 去 朝聖。他們堅持用新鮮水果，不會把水 果冷凍留待隔天再用，也不會用罐頭水 果，因此每天數量有限，想吃到心水蛋 糕，不要太晚才來這裡。

戴冠飾、身披色彩艷麗的傳統服裝，表情莊嚴而肢體律 動柔韌典雅的靈動舞姿不只出現在吳哥窟的石牆上，亦在暹 粒的劇院裏。作為柬埔寨最為古老及神聖的藝術形式之一， 仙女舞蹈，或稱「阿帕撒拉舞」（Apsara）是柬埔寨的各種古 典舞蹈中最為常見的一種，而舞者則通常被稱為「仙女」，在 梵文有「天堂舞者」的意思。在十九至二十世 紀初期，這些 「仙女」們主要在皇族廟宇和各郡神殿舉辦的祭祀，或在婚 禮及葬禮等典禮上表演以高棉民族起源的神話為劇本，並體 現高雅、崇敬和靈性等傳統價值的阿帕撒拉舞。

he Aspara Dance is a traditional performance that showcases not only the Khmer culture but also the mix of religions of which Cambodia was built upon. Dancers decked out in beautiful traditional costumes and headgear performing with sinuous, graceful movements train for years to perfect this complex routine. Performances can be found in the temples of Angkor, and also in the theatres of Siem Reap. Each performance narrates a classical myth or religious story. In Angkor Village Aspara Theatre, tourists are able to fully immerse in the culture of Cambodia by enjoying fine local authentic food while watching the performance delivered by the Aspara dancers.

吳哥藝術寶石 JEWEL OF KHMER ART
女王宮（Banteay Srei）有「女人的城堡」之意，
又稱班蒂斯蕾，位 於吳哥窟小圈、大圈和外圈中 的「外圈」，是荔枝山（Phnom Dei）旁的一座印度 教寺廟。女王宮是當時吳哥唯一並非由國王，而是 由大臣所建的主要廟宇，主要供奉婆羅門教三大 天神之一的濕婆神。女王宮主要使用了朱色砂岩 作為建築材料，寺廟亦因而呈現了朱紅微粉的色 澤。女王宮的規模雖比其它吳哥古跡為小，但從內 而外，以總計3層的紅石砌成的浮雕與壁畫栩栩如 生，因而得「吳哥藝術寶石」之美名。

女王宮中心有3座鐘形寺塔，寺塔內外都裝飾着精 緻的壁畫，大多記述古代高棉人民的生活以及抵 禦外族的戰鬥場景。在這裏，旅客不但可以欣賞這 顆美麗的藝術寶石，亦能從中體味柬埔寨的歷史； 女王宮裏更埋藏着被稱為「東方的蒙娜麗莎」的飛 天女神像，想一窺堂奧，就得在廟中細細探尋了。

anteay Srei, with the literally meaning of ‘Citadel of the Women’, is well-praised as the ‘Jewel of Khmer Art’ because of its exquisite and refined carvings on the walls, lintels and pediments. Built largely of red sandstone, the Hindu temple dedicated to Shiva has a pinkish hue. Despite its miniature size compared to other Angkorian constructions, this temple has the finest, most intricate carvings to be found in Angkor. It is often speculated to have been built by women due to its intricacy.

Commissioned by a courtier, Banteay Srei stands out as one of the few temples not credited to a monarch. Of most interest to visitors here are the two libraries and the three towers in the inner enclosure as this is where the carvings are the most delicate. 立體的神話 THE ALLEY OF MYTHS
位 於大吳哥鬥象台的北面，癲王台是一座長寬
各25米的兩層平台，四個角落往內凹陷。平台上方 立着一座身穿袈裟的石雕複製品；關於雕像的身 份是眾說紛紜，多認為是患有痲瘋病的闍耶跋 摩 七世，因而又稱痲瘋王（Leper King）。癲王台裏， 大量精 緻而富立體感的浮雕 隱匿在 底層呈 「回」字型的迴廊中。迴廊窄而曲折，牆面上刻着 神袛與冥界的故事，走在其中，便如進入了目迷五色 的神話世界。

he Royal Palace in Bayon is guarded by the Royal Terraces-Terrace of the Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper King. Located to the north of the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King is a terrace filled with finely carved mythological figures, of which the outer walls are 25 meters long and completely covered with sculptures. Built at the end of the 12th century by King Jayavarman VII, the terrace faces the palace grounds where important processions were often held. Thus, the King would spend hours on the terrace which he sometimes also used as an audience hall to receive guests. As King Jayavarman VII suffered from leprosy, this was how the unfortunate terrace name came about. here is a saying that the higher you pile up the stones on Qixingtan Beach, the more likely your dream will come true. 野溪秘探 花蓮二子山 AN EXTRAORDINARY HOT SPRING IN ERZISHAN

常提到浸溫泉，都會想起日本的浴場或是露天風呂，不過 在花 蓮的一 個 峽 谷裏 藏有一 個 天然 露天的野溪 溫 泉，肯定 會 顛覆到訪者 對溫泉的印象。二子山溫泉這條長達300多米的野 溪 溫 泉 河流是 數年前才 被發掘出來的秘 境。進 入溫 泉區的話 需辦理 入山證，所以一 般 建 議 參加當地旅行團。而且，要來這 個 隱 世 溫 泉可不只是 那麼 簡單，進 入 大門後 先 經 過一段平坦 的大直路，然後映入眼簾的便是宏偉壯觀的翠巒碧溪。不過好 戲 還在後 頭。溯溪而至時，水流在 磊磊岩石之中時而急湍；時 而慢 流，讓 人動 魄驚心。小 心翼翼 地邁向深谷之時，同時亦被 氣 勢 磅 礴 的 峭壁 所 吸引。不知 不覺間便看見近在 咫 尺的裊裊 炊煙，然後在歷盡艱辛之後把整個身體都泡進溫泉裏，暢快淋 漓得連空氣中都彷彿瀰漫着甘甜。

Discover a remote natural hot spring beyond your imagination buried deep inside a mountain valley in Hualien. The 300-metre long Erzishan hot spring river was only discovered recently, and do require quite a bit of effort to get to. The adventurous can embark on the journey of hiking, rafting, and wading through the magnificent great outdoors to get there; otherwise, sign up with a local tour for a safer option. As a reward for your efforts, fully soak in the natural minerals of the hot spring to while away your aches, fatigue and troubles. It will be nothing short of magical.

勤製作過程後會更為珍惜。林華鹽田是越南其中 一個最大鹽田，由於臨近東海，故 鹽亦順理 成章 成為芽莊重要產業。遊客可在當地旅行社報名參 加鹽田團，鹽田距離市中心 45分鐘車 程，在雷特 海灘旁邊，在導遊帶領下遊客可以更了解鹽田運 作，並能親身見識曬鹽過程。

According to Chamorro legend, the House of Taga is a representation of the legendary Chief Taga’s super-human strength, where he moved and placed the massive stones with his bare hands to build a village for him and his people. Chief Taga was a proud and boastful man who was jealous when he found out the youngest of his twelve children possessed a greater strength than his. Out of rage, Taga murdered his son and his youngest daughter speared Taga to death out of heartbrokenness. The twelve pillars are believed to house the spirits of his children and as each pillars collapse, their spirits will be released. Today, due to earthquakes and natural deterioration, only one megalith continues to stand and Chamorro legend believes that this is where the spirit of Taga’s youngest daughter remains imprisoned.

It can only survive and grow in clean waters. This simple snack is created by grilling skewered fresh sweetfish slowly over charcoal heat to retain its freshness. The end result is unique yet literally bittersweet.
Though not immediately evident, these crabmeat skewers (i.e. crabsticks) are made up of grounded whiteflesh fish and snow crab. You can have them either steamed or grilled. By steaming them, the crabmeat is soft and sweet, while the grilled version is seared before it is served to seal in the juices, making it extra juicy.

The rice ball is wrapped with marinated pork slices on the outside, and grilled until crispy. The juice from the meat gets absorbed into the rice inside, which is sure to tantalize your taste buds!
