In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands that correspond with their muster stations. ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last morning of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $16.00 gratuity ($18.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services sta , stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last morning of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Tips for an easy departure

Here’s how to make your departure experience as seamless as possible. You can also check out channel 7 on your stateroom television for a video overview of this process.

We’ve implemented a more gradual flow for our departure process.

• Staterooms are to be vacated by 8:00 am, and all guests are kindly requested to wait in their designated lounges until the group number has been called.

• Please have your SeaPass cards in hand when exiting the ship.

• All guests have been assigned a specific departure group and time. We’ve done our best to schedule your departure at a convenient time for you. You will be able to follow departure times being called on channel 2 on your stateroom television, wayfinding maps and digital screens throughout the ship. This is where our schedule will be continually updated. Please only depart the ship at your designated time.

Self-Assist Departure

Departure times begin at approximately 7:30 am and end at 8:00 am for Self-Assist. Note: This option is not available for guests requiring wheelchair assistance.

Departure morning

• Your invoice will be emailed to you by the end of your cruise vacation. You can also find a copy at your stateroom door by 6:30 am on departure morning.

• Don’t forget valuables stored in your stateroom safe and leave the safe door open.

Getting off the ship

• Tune to channel 2 on your stateroom television for the departure assigned times.

• Once your departure group is called, proceed to the gangway on Deck 4 with all your luggage.

• Taxis will be readily available outside the terminal.

Regular Departure

Take advantage of our luggage assistance provided on the night before departure. Assigned departure times begin at 8:10 am and end at 9:30 am approximately.

Night before

• If you are not choosing Self-Assist Departure, leave your bags with luggage tags attached outside your door by 10:00 pm.

• Keep travel documents, valuables, and essential medications with you. Note: Guests requiring wheelchair assistance must check their bags in the night before.

Departure morning

• Your invoice will be emailed to you by the end of your cruise vacation. You can also find a copy at your stateroom door by 6:30 am on departure morning.

• Don’t forget valuables stored in your stateroom safe and leave the safe door open.

• Depart at your scheduled time and use the luggage tag provided by placing it on one of your bags so your departure group is clearly identified.

Getting off the ship

• Once your departure number is called in the Royal Caribbean App or on channel 2 on your stateroom television or when you receive a notification via the Royal Caribbean App, proceed from your stateroom or your departure lounge to the gangway on Deck 4 using the elevators nearest to you.

• If you are on a Royal Caribbean shore excursion, please refer to your tour ticket for meeting point and time details. You may collect your bags at the terminal.

• If you are taking independent transportation, claim your baggage at the area identified by the number on your luggage tag at the terminal, then proceed to your transportation. Taxis will be readily available.

• If you require wheelchair assistance, please proceed to Boleros on Deck 4, between 8:00 am - 9:00 am

How do I close out my tab?

The credit card you provided at check-in will be automatically charged. You can also add additional gratuities to your SeaPass at Guest Services or leave cash. There will be a hold when you link your credit card to your onboard account. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released at the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.
