Junior Cruisers Curfew: (17 & Under)
Please note there is a mandatory 1:00 am curfew for guests ages 17 and under every evening. After 1:00 am, all minors must be in their staterooms or participating in an organized Adventure Ocean program.

SeaPass Card Cash Limit
The credit limit for cash SeaPass cards is $500. Once this limit is reached, the account will be deactivated. To reactivate, a cash deposit is needed or simply link a credit card on the Royal App.

All Royal ships are non-smoking except in designated areas in the Casino (for active players only during operating hours) and on open decks. Cigarettes and e-cigarettes are permitted only in these areas. Chewing tobacco, cigars, and pipes are prohibited. Smoking is not allowed during Casino closures or while in port.

Our ship will be passing through an international time zone at 2 am. We’ll be switching our ship’s time to one hour forward. Please remember to set your watches and devices accordingly. When in doubt, check the app for the correct ship time.

Children in Diapers
Due to public health regulations, children in diapers, swim diapers, pull-ups, or who aren’t completely toilet trained are not allowed in the pools, whirlpools, or the H2O Zone. The Baby Splash area is designated for children in diapers.
Seapass Account Hold Charge
You may notice a temporary hold on the credit card your SeaPass card is linked to. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released after the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT
Setting Up Your Account
If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maître d' outside. How much are gratuities
If not already pre-paid, a $18.00 gratuity ($20.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Dry Off and Drop Off

Need a Transfer to the Airport?
Book your transfers to EWR (Newark Liberty International Airport). The cost for transfers to EWR is $33.50 per person one way (the earliest flight departure is at Noon). These can be purchased in Royal App or at Shore Excursions on Deck 5. The cut off time for purchasing transfers is today at Noon.
