The ship will dock at Cruise Terminal Gqeberha (Pier 101). Port Elizabeth is known for its beautiful beaches, wildlife, and coastal scenery. Popular for its outdoor activities and natural beauty, making it a favorite destination for nature lovers and adventure seekers. The main attractions are Addo Elephant National Park, pristine beaches (Summerstrand, Hobie Beach), Boardwalk Casino & Entertainment, Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Art Museum. Please note that shops are expected to close around 5:00 pm, please plan your day to make the best of it.

Important Information: Upon your ﬁnal return to the ship, all guests must undergo a Face-to-Face Immigration inspection with their original passports, as mandated by South African authorities, in order to receive their exit stamp. Immigration o cers are scheduled to arrive onboard around 3:00 pm to conduct this process at the Conference Center, Deck 2. Please stay attentive to announcements for any updates.

Le Port (Pointe des Galets) is Réunion Island’s primary maritime hub, located just 22 km southwest of Saint-Denis and the town of La Possession. The area is renowned for its rugged coastline, volcanic rock formations, and stunning black sand beaches. Notable attractions include the Lighthouse of Cap Méchant, Grand Anse Beach, and the Port of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains. Please note that walking on the pier is restricted. You can use the free port shuttle to reach the port entrance, where taxis and local buses are available. Additionally, our complimentary shuttle service to Cap Sacré Coeur Shopping Mall is available from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm.

Important Information: All guests departing the ship must undergo a mandatory face-to-face immigration process both when going ashore and upon return either, it could be at the terminal or at the pier. Therefore, it is mandatory to carry your passports with you when going ashore. We dock at Port Louis Terminal 2 Quay #3-4. Port Louis, the lively capital of Mauritius, is situated on the island’s northwest coast in the Indian Ocean. As the country’s economic, cultural, and administrative hub, it o ers a captivating mix of history, culture, and natural beauty. Highlights include Le Caudan Waterfront, the historic Citadel (Fort Adelaide), bustling Central Market, Aapravasi Ghat (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), the Natural History Museum, and the nearby Pamplemousses Botanical Garden. We o er a complimentary shuttle from Odysseo Oceanarium to Caudan Waterfront Shopping Mall. It’s about a 5-minute walk from Odysseo to Caudan. Shuttles run every 30 minutes and take around 10–15 minutes. Service hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

• Port Elizabeth, South Africa – Gangway Opens 8:00 am & All Onboard at 7:30 pm

The ship will dock at Cruise Terminal Gqeberha (Pier 101) Port Elizabeth is known for its beautiful beaches, wildlife, and coastal scenery. Popular for its outdoor activities and natural beauty, making it a favorite destination for nature lovers and adventure seekers. The main attractions are Addo Elephant National Park, pristine beaches (Summerstrand, Hobie Beach), Boardwalk Casino & Entertainment, Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Art Museum. Please note that shops are expected to close around 5:00 pm, please plan your day to make the best of it.

Important Information: Upon your final return to the ship, all guests must undergo a Face-to -Face Immigration inspection with their original passports, as mandated by South African authorities, in order to receive their exit stamp. Immigration officers are scheduled to arrive onboard around 3:00 pm to conduct this process at the Conference Center, Deck 2. Please stay attentive to announcements for any updates.

We dock at the commercial Port of Walvis Bay, Pier 1 and 2, which are approximately 3 km (1.5 miles) from the city center. Wh ile walking is allowed, it is not recommended . For your convenience, we will provide a complimentary shuttle service. Taxis are also available at the port gate if you prefer. Popular attractions in Walvis Bay include Dune 7, Swakopmund, Namibia Craft Centre, Spitzkoppe (the "Matterhorn of Namibia"), Walvis Bay Lagoon, Flamingo Lagoon and Sandwich Harbour.

Important Note: A face-to-face immigration process will be conducted for all guests wishing to go ashore in Namibia, both when disembarking and upon your return. Please ensure you carry your passport, visas (if required), and any other necessary documentation with you to complete this process smoothly. The ship will arrive at the E-berth cruise terminal. The port is located within 300 meters of distance from the waterfront where you can find shops and restaurants.

Important Note: A face-to-face immigration process will be conducted for all guests onboard the Voyager of the Seas, even if you are not planning to go ashore. This process needs to be completed in a timely manner, before 11:30 am. Please make sure to bring your passport, visas (if needed) and any other essential documents with you. Further details about the immigration process will be communicated to you .

Limited infrastructure in some of the ports may make it difficult to have accessible transportation for guests who are full-time mobility scooter or wheelchair users. Guests who are unable to walk around without the use of mobility equipment or walk up and down the stairs of the shuttle bus or get on a taxi, may find it difficult to explore the ports to the fullest . We understand the impact this may have on your cruise holiday and we’re sorry for the same.

To protect the biodiversity of the beautiful ports -of-call we visit, there are strict agricultural regulations. No plants, flowers, food (including coffee & fresh fruit) are allowed to be taken off the ship. The local authorities may conduct random inspections and guests could face a fine if any of these items are found on their person .

Tips for an E asy D eparture in Singapore December 1 st , 2025.

Here’s how to make your departure experience as seamless as possible. You can also check out channel 7 on your stateroom television for a video overview of this process.

We’ve implemented a more gradual flow for our departure process.

• Staterooms must be fully vacated no later than 8:00 am. After you’ve enjoyed breakfast, please head to your designated departure lounge until your departure number is announced or displayed on the ship’s digital screens.

• All guests have been assigned a specific departure group and time. We’ve done our best to schedule your departure at a conven ient time for you. You will be notified of your departure time on channel 2 on your stateroom television until 8:00 am and digital screens throughout the ship. This is where our schedule will be continually updated. We ask you to verify the schedule on the television prior to leaving your stateroom. You can also review your departure information via the Royal Caribbean App for a quick and easy experience.

• All Guests must complete the Singapore Arrival Card. For more details, please see the letter that was sent previously , should you need a copy please contact your Stateroom Attendant.

Guests Wishing to Depart on November 30 th or before 6:00 am on December 1 st

If you plan to debark formally within the dates and times noted above, please note that wheelchair and luggage assistance will not be available . You will need to carry all your luggage and proceed independently.

Before disembarking, please visit the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5 to settle your account and obtain your Clearance Card. Our Security Team will collect this card along with your SeaPass card.

To comply with the Immigration Enforcement order, there is no guest movement between 6:00 am and 6:30 am. We appreciate your understanding.

Self-Assist Departure

You are free to depart as soon as the Self-Assist Departure announcement has been made.

Avoid the wait by keeping all your luggage with you as you depart the ship. Assigned departure times begin at approximately 6:30 am and end at 9:00 am. Due to limited space in the automated lanes in the terminal, traveling with smaller hand luggage is recommended for easier movement. We highly recommend to participate in our luggage assistance program.

• Tune to channel 2 on your stateroom television for the assigned departure times.

Take advantage of our luggage assistance provided on the night before departure. Assigned departure times begin at 7:00 am and end at 9:00 am approximately.

Night Before

• Leave your bags with luggage tags attached outside your door by 10:00 pm. Remember to place the luggage tag on one of your ca rry-on bags so your departure group is clearly identified.

• Keep travel documents, valuables, and essential medications with you.

Note: Guests requiring wheelchair assistance on Royal Caribbean airport transfers are required to check their bags the night before Departure Morning

• Your invoice will be emailed to you by the end of your cruise vacation.

• Don’t forget valuables stored in your stateroom safe and leave the safe door open.

• Head to your designated departure lounge and proceed to the gangway once your departure time is called. Getting Off the Ship

• Once your departure number is called on channel 2 on your stateroom television or on digital screens around the ship, proceed from your stateroom or departure lounge to the gangway on Deck 4 using the elevators nearest to you.

• If you are taking independent transportation, claim your baggage at the area identified by the number on your luggage tag at the terminal, then proceed to your transportation.

• Limited number of taxis are available outside the terminal.

• Wheelchairs Assistance will be provided from The Tavern Bar, Deck 4 from 7:00 am on a first come first serve basis.

How do I close out my tab?

The credit card you provided at check-in will be automatically charged. You can also add additional gratuities to your SeaPass at Guest Services or leave cash.

There will be a hold when you link your credit card to your onboard account. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released at the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.

• Please note that e-cigarettes and vaping devices are illegal in Singapore. Violations may result in fines or penalties. Please avoid using them during your visit.

• All goods brought into Singapore are subject to Goods & Services Tax (GST), at the prevailing rate. GST is levied on the valu e of the goods, which may include the cost, insurance and freight (CIF) plus other chargeable costs and the duty payable (if applic able). Travelers are granted GST import relief on new goods that are purchased overseas, including onboard the ship and brought into Singapore for their personal use. The relief amount is based on the duration that the traveler has spent outside Singapore.
