Luggage Delivery

We understand the urgency of getting your bags, and we’re doing everything possible to get them delivered to your stateroom as quickly as possible. If you accidentally packed any prohibited items and your bag was locked, please proceed to Deck 2 starboard side midship after 4:00 pm to collect your luggage.

Stateroom Requests

After 3:00 pm your Stateroom Attendant will be glad to take care of any stateroom specific requests, such as your bed cinfiguration, ice, pillows & towels.

SeaPass Account Hold Charge

You may notice a temporary hold of $99.75 on the credit card your SeaPass card is linked to. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released at the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.

Dress Code: Resort Casual

You’re on vacation — relax! Think Jeans, polo shirts, sundresses and blouses. But please keep swimwear to the pool deck. Shorts are welcome for breakfast and lunch.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so on the Royal App or at Guest Services on Deck 4. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash.

Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank.

You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting Guest Services. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant to make a reservation.

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 7000 from your stateroom phone.

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $18.50 gratuity ($21.00 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Due to public health regulations, children in diapers, swim diapers, pull-ups, or who aren’t completely toilet trained are not allowed in the pools, whirlpools, or the H2O Zone. The Baby Splash area is designated for children in diapers.

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $18.50 gratuity ($21.00 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

How to Get Ashore in Noumea, New Caledonia

We will be docked in the industrial port of Noumea with complimentary shuttles going to town and back to the ship. The shuttle ride takes approximately 10 minutes one way. Please note that guests are not allowed to walk in the terminal and the shuttle is compulsory. All guests are required to carry their SeaPass card and a government-issued photo ID. Please note that we have very limited accessible transportation and guests are required to be able to take a few steps to join the shuttles. Please ensure if you are travelling in a group that you all proceed ashore together. The space is limited on the pier and waiting is not permitted. The last shuttle back to the ship departs at 3:00 pm.

Need a Transfer to the Airport?

Book your transfer to Sydney Airport. Sydney Domestic or International Airport transfers are at 7:20 am and 8:20 am (for flights after 11:30 am). The transfer price is $35.00 per person. Purchase in the Royal Caribbean app or visit Guest Services, Deck 4. The deadline is November 9, Day 7 at 10:00 am.

Beverages & Other Liquids

Local security authorities will dispose of any liquids returning to the ship. Unopened liquor bottles will be stored onboard for safe keeping and returned to guests on the last day of the cruise.

Take Precautions Ashore

Be cautious and practice situational awareness when exploring new areas. If on a Shore Excursion, stick with your group. If traveling on your own, consider alternative routes and allow yourself extra travel time to and from the ship.

Quarantine on Transit of Food

In accordance with local agricultural regulations, it is strictly prohibited to take ashore or to bring any food or drink items onboard. Please dispose of all food and drink items including coffee before proceeding to the gangway, with the exception of bottled water.

Smoking

All Royal Caribbean ships are non-smoking (Including e-cigarettes) except for designated areas on open decks at Deck 5, Starboard Side and Deck 14, Port Side. Please be sure to properly dispose of cigarettes, cigars, and pipe tobacco.

Going Ashore in Mystery Island

We will be anchored offshore on Mystery Island and will be utilizing tender boats to take you ashore and back to the ship. The tender ride takes approximately 10-15 minutes one way. Tender tickets will be distributed in the morning of our call to Mystery Island in the Royal Theater, Deck 5, from 6:30 am until open tenders are announced. One person can pick up tender tickets for the rest of the family. Please note that Vanuatu is a remote island and there is limited infrastructure. Ensure you bring cash with you (USD, AUS and NZD are accepted). The island is well known for snorkeling and its beautiful beaches. Guests are required to collect the tickets only when they are ready to proceed ashore, and if you are not ready to depart when your ticket is called, you will be required to collect another ticket. Please wait in any of our public areas on Deck 4 and above, and please pay attention to the announcements that will be directing you to the tender loading area.

Wheelchairs & Scooters on Tenders

Only collapsible wheelchairs or scooters can be transported on the tenders. Guests must be able to walk up and down a minimum of 12 steps to board or depart the tenders. Please note that crew members are not allowed to lift guests or any equipment. The safety of guests and crew remains our top priority.

Blue Bottle Jellyfish Advisory

Please be on alert while enjoying the warm waters of Mystery Island. It is common for blue bottle jellyfish to inhabit these waters. If you get stung, please go to the Medical Facility for treatment.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so on the Royal App or at Guest Services on Deck 4. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash.

Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank.

You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting Guest Services. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $18.50 gratuity ($21.00 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so on the Royal App or at Guest Services on Deck 4. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash.

Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank.

You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting Guest Services. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining Reservations

Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant to make a reservation.

Room Service

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 7000 from your stateroom phone.

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $18.50 gratuity ($21.00 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so on the Royal App or at Guest Services on Deck 4. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash.

Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank.

You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting Guest Services. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 7000 from your stateroom phone.

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $18.50 gratuity ($21.00 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Lost and Found
