Your stateroom will be ready at 1:00 pm. Luggage is delivered about an hour after we sail. Use the Royal Caribbean app’s safety icon to find your muster station and watch safety videos. Schedules are on ship time — sync your watch and phone.
Luggage Delivery
We understand the urgency of getting your bags, and we’re doing everything possible to get them delivered to your stateroom as quickly as possible. If you accidentally packed any prohibited items and your bag was locked, please proceed to Deck 2 starboard side midship after 4:00 pm to collect your luggage.
Stateroom Requests
After 3:00 pm your Stateroom Attendant will be glad to take care of any stateroom specific requests, such as your bed configuration, ice, pillows & towels.
SeaPass Account Hold Charge
You may notice a temporary hold of $99.75 on the credit card your SeaPass card is linked to. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released at the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.
