ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4 Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $16.00 gratuity ($18.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services sta , stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4 Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4 Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. Olden Pier is approximately 15 min. walk to the village center. The Olden Cruise Port is located 1 km from the centre of the village where you can visit a supermarket and other local shops and amenities. Tourist information is about 200 meters from the pier. Taxis are limited.

Children’s Personal Flotation Devices (PFD)

For the safety and wellbeing of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Anthem of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.

Just a Reminder

All guests ages 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult to depart and return to the ship at all ports of call destinations.

Smoking

Tips for an easy departure

Here’s how to make your departure experience as seamless as possible. You can also check channel 7 on your stateroom television for a video overview of this process. We’ve implemented a more gradual flow for our departure process.

• Staterooms must be fully vacated no later than 8:00 am. After you’ve enjoyed breakfast, please head to your designated departure lounge until your departure numbers is announced or displayed on the ship’s digital screens. If your departure time is before 8:00 am you may remain in your stateroom until your departure group is called.

• All guests have been assigned a specific departure group and time. We’ve done our best to schedule your departure at a convenient time for you. You will be notified of your departure time on channel 2 on your stateroom television until 8:00 am, and way-finding maps and digital screens throughout the ship. This is where our schedule will be continually updated. We ask you to verify the schedule on the television prior to leaving your stateroom. You can also review your departure information via the Royal Caribbean App, for a quick and easy experience.

• To avoid the large crowds and the long wait times, take advantage of our Self-Assist program (see details below).

Self-Assist Departure

Avoid the wait by keeping all your luggage with you as you depart the ship.

• If you are taking independent transportation, claim your baggage at the area identified by the number on your luggage tag at the terminal, and then proceed to your transportation. Taxis will be readily available.

• If you require wheelchair assistance, proceed to Jamie’s Italian Restaurant on Deck 5 from 6:30 am.

• If you are on a Royal Caribbean shore excursion, please refer to your tour ticket for meeting location and time details. You may collect your bags at the terminal.

• If you are taking independent transportation, claim your baggage at the area identified by the number on your luggage tag at the terminal, and then proceed to your transportation. Taxis will be readily available.

How do I close out my tab?

The credit card you provided at check-in will be automatically charged. You can also add additional gratuities to your SeaPass at Guest Services or leave cash.

There will be a hold when you link your credit card to your onboard account. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released at the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4 Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. Tips for an easy departure

Here’s how to make your departure experience as seamless as possible. You can also check channel 7 on your stateroom television for a video overview of this process. We’ve implemented a more gradual flow for our departure process.

• Staterooms must be fully vacated no later than 8:00 am. After you’ve enjoyed breakfast, please head to your designated departure lounge until your departure numbers is announced or displayed on the ship’s digital screens. If your departure time is before 8:00 am you may remain in your stateroom until your departure group is called.

• All guests have been assigned a specific departure group and time. We’ve done our best to schedule your departure at a convenient time for you. You will be notified of your departure time on channel 2 on your stateroom television until 8:00 am, and way-finding maps and digital screens throughout the ship. This is where our schedule will be continually updated. We ask you to verify the schedule on the television prior to leaving your stateroom. You can also review your departure information via the Royal Caribbean App, for a quick and easy experience.

• To avoid the large crowds and the long wait times, take advantage of our Self-Assist program (see details below).

Self-Assist Departure

Avoid the wait by keeping all your luggage with you as you depart the ship.

Note: This option is not available for guests requiring wheelchair assistance, on Royal Caribbean airport transfers or on shore excursions.

Night Before

• Keep your entire luggage with you, inside your stateroom until you leave your stateroom.

Departure morning

• Your invoice will be emailed to you at the end of your cruise vacation. You can also check your account on the Royal App and on your stateroom TV at any time.

• Don’t forget valuables stored in your stateroom safe and leave the safe door open.

• You are free to depart as soon as the Self Assist Departure announcement has been made. Getting off the ship

• Tune to channel 2 on your stateroom television for the assigned departure times

• Once the Self Assist announcement is made, or when you receive a notification via Royal Caribbean App, proceed from your stateroom to the gangway on Deck 5 with all your luggage.

Regular Departure

Take advantage of our luggage assistance provided on the night before the departure. Assigned departure times begin at 6:50 am and end at 8:50 am approximately.

Night Before

• If you are not choosing Self-Assist Departure, leave your bags with luggage tags attached outside your door by 10:00 pm.

• Keep travel documents, valuables, and essential medications with you.

• Note: Guests requiring wheelchair assistance, on Royal Caribbean airport transfers and shore excursions are required to check their bags the night before.

Departure morning

• Your invoice will be emailed to you by the end of your cruise vacation. Y ou can also check your account on the Royal App and on your stateroom TV at any time.

• Depart at your scheduled time and use the luggage tag provided by placing it on one of your carry-on bags so yourdeparture group is clearly identified.

Getting off the ship

• Once your departure number is called on channel 2 on your stateroom television, or when you receive a notification via Royal Caribbean App proceed from your stateroom or departure lounge to the gangway on Deck 5 using the elevator near you.

• If you are taking independent transportation, claim your baggage at the area identified by the number on your luggage tag at the terminal, and then proceed to your transportation. Taxis will be readily available.

• If you require wheelchair assistance, proceed to Jamie’s Italian Restaurant on Deck 5 from 6:30 am.

• If you are on a Royal Caribbean shore excursion, please refer to your tour ticket for meeting location and time details. You may collect your bags at the terminal.

• If you are taking independent transportation, claim your baggage at the area identified by the number on your luggage tag at the terminal, and then proceed to your transportation. Taxis will be readily available.

How do I close out my tab?

The credit card you provided at check-in will be automatically charged. You can also add additional gratuities to your SeaPass at Guest Services or leave cash.

There will be a hold when you link your credit card to your onboard account. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released at the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.

• Guests are subject to Customs Allowances of their country.

• U.K. guests (returning to the U.K.): Purchases up to 270 GBP per person; 200 cigarettes, 50 cigars, 250 g of tobacco. 4 Liters of spirits and other liquors over 22% alcohol or 9 liters of sparkling wine, fortified wine (for example port, sherry) and other alcoholic drinks up to 22% alcohol (not including beer or s till wine) You can split this last allowance, for example you could bring 4.5 liters of fortified wine and 2 liters of spirits (bot h half of your allowance). Must be 18 or older.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4 Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $16.00 gratuity ($18.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services sta , stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.
