L’engagement, la collaboration et la participation sont des principes fondamentaux dans le développement de projets significatifs avec et pour une communauté. Ils contribuent à des projets culturellement durables.

Cet atelier imagine un lieu adapté pour l’apprentissage expérientiel sur le territoire. Des camps, des installations et des pavillons disposés le long de la ligne de chemin de fer qui mène jusqu’au Labrador appuieront les écoles primaires et secondaires de la communauté dans cette mission. En concevant des environnements où les jeunes peuvent jouer, apprendre, échanger et s’épanouir, les projets ont en commun le support de l’apprentissage par le « faire » et l’expérience soutenue avec le territoire. Engagement, collaboration and participation are key principles in the development of meaningful projects realized with and for a community. They contribute to culturally sustainable projects.

This studio imagines a place adapted for experiential learning on the land. Camps, facilities and pavilions along the train line to Labrador will support the community’s elementary and secondary schools in this mission. By designing environments where young people can play, learn, exchange and flourish, the projects share an engagement towards the support of learning by “doing” and a sustained experience with the land.
