香港舞蹈年獎 2020 由香港舞蹈聯盟（舞盟）主辦，致力表揚香港舞蹈界的優秀工作及傑出成就，並提升公眾對本地舞蹈工作成就的認知。得獎結果已於2020年7月18日（六）晚上8時於舞盟Facebook專頁及YouTube頻道透過網上直播形式進行。本年度設有十四個獎項類別，一共十六個得獎單位，獎項得主由專家小組及舞盟理事會成員組成的評審團投票選出。另設由舞盟理事會成員選出之「傑出成就獎」。

Presented by the Hong Kong Dance Alliance (HKDA), the annual Hong Kong Dance Awards set out to recognise outstanding achievements in Hong Kong dance and raise public awareness of the diversity and excellence of the local dance scene. The 22nd Hong Kong Dance Awards results were announced via HKDA Facebook Page and YouTube Channel on 18 July 2020 (Saturday) at 8pm. This year 16 awards in 14 categories, voted by a selection jury composed of the HKDA Executive Committee members and expert panelists from a range of dance-related disciplines, were announced, as well as the Distinguished Achievement Award, decided by the HKDA Executive Committee members.
