MARY’S GARDEN
We are so thankful for the group of parishioners from St. Cecilia’s Church who created Mary’s Garden to enhance the beauty of St. Cecilia Church and grounds. Parishioners donated materials such as the Blessed Mother statue, bench, stones, gravel, etc. They used their many gifts to conceive and create this beautiful place of prayer where several gather every evening with Fr. Thumma for devotions. We believe those prayers might be why he’s still with us!
FATHER TIM GOES TO THE BEACH Father Tim spent the 4th of July with his family at Ocean City, MD. While there, a sand artist created the amazing sculptures shown here. Boards with scriptural passages were positioned in front of the sculptures. The grandchildren were fascinated with the faith-filled renderings of the Lord. At a time when many seem to have lost their faith, it is a beautiful public witness to Jesus and his sacrifice so that we might have life!
