Preparing students to the challenging needs of industry and technology, the department organizes trainings and internships aiming to augment qualitative potential of students. Reputed national and leading international organizations are sought by the department to explore prospective job opportunities for students through Campus Interviews. To assist students explore career opportunities, the department arranges Career Awareness Programme for all final year students.

It celebrates “Success Day” every year in recognition of final year UG and PG students who are placed in reputed organizations or chooses career in civil services, opts for higher studies, or prefers family business. HITS takes pride in celebrating the success stories of such students and honours them duly with Certificate of Recognition.
