QS Stars, Rated for Excellence has awarded HITS an overall 3 Star Rating with 5 Stars score for Teaching, Employability, Innovation, Inclusiveness and Facility. And QS I-GAUGE Indian University Rating 2019 has given an overall GOLD. The institution is in the band of 301-350 in

the QS Brics Rankings System; and 95th Position in India under Engineering Category in NIRF Ranking 2019; and is the first institution in India to be certified by TUV Rheinland for successfully implementing 5S Work Place Management System.

The Central Library of the Institution covers a total carpet area of 65,000 sq. ft. spread over 3 floors. With a huge collection of over 2,10,000 Volumes of Books, 389 International/ National Periodicals in print, Back Volumes and over 3500 CDs/DVDs, the library houses more than 42,000 e-journals and 35,000 e-books with online databases. The Digital Library is automated with LIBSYS software and provides Apple i-Mac Systems, i-pads, Laptops and Kindle with internet access. HITS is much acclaimed for its accomplishments in Sports. World-class play courts over 15 acres designed exclusively for indoor and outdoor games, and recreational activity is worth mentioning. Besides, Y’s Men International, Round Table India, Rotary International, National Cadet Corps (NCC), National Service Scheme (NSS), Youth Red Cross (YRC), and Student Clubs such as Nebula Astro Club, Aero Club, Heritage Club, SAE Collegiate Club of HITS, Driving Club, Shrishti Club, Kruptos Security Club, Advertising Club, Literary Club, Masquerade Theatre Club, Hindustan Toast Masters Club, Rotaract Club, Music Club, Dance Club, Horse Riding Club, Yoga Club and Cycling Club are active all through the year.
