*Change to INSET day – July 2021: The summer INSET day has been changed from Friday 2 July to Friday 28 May. Students will NOT be in school on 28 May but WILL be in school on 2 July. Please refer to our email communication on 31 March for full details. Parents/carers are asked to contact their child’s appropriate year manager if this change causes any issues.
Summer exam results days 2021 – A level and GCSE results will be published on: A levels – Tuesday 10 August 2021 from 8.00am GCSEs – Thursday 12 August 2021 from 8.30am Students collecting results should report to the Wheeldon Hall from the times stated above on the morning results are published.

* dates that differ from DCC’s published term dates. We have taken the decision to return to school one day earlier for the start of the new academic year (Wednesday 1 September 2021) and finish the autumn term one day earlier (22 December 2021). This is to ensure a smooth start to the year with the staggered start on 1 September and all students back for Thursday and Friday, and as the Christmas holiday is later next year it allows school to break up one day earlier.
