Below, you will find a few words from our Team Members regarding recent happenings. Please enjoy and know that our never-ceasing goal is to serve you, our loyal Terreno Members.

MESSAGE FROM THE HOA

HAPPY OCTOBER TERRENO RESIDENTS,

We hope this message finds you well. We look forward to the exciting events, activities and updates that are taking place around the Clubhouse.

Residents may request additional key fobs and/or barcodes that can be purchased for $25 each from the management office. Please bring a check payable to Terreno HOA for $25. These can also be charged to your account with Hampton Golf/Terreno with a signed authorization form.

Amenity Center Decorum: Please always remember to be polite and respectful of fellow Neighbors and guests when using the amenity centers and to always wear appropriate clothing while using the Fitness Center, and Clubhouse.

Please close all umbrellas on the pool deck after each use. Dispose of any trash in the outdoor receptacles located under the covered lanai area.

Do not park vehicles in the mail kiosk parking lot to play pickleball or tennis. It is for mail kiosk use only.

Trash & Recycling Reminder: Pickup days are Tuesdays for trash and recycling and Fridays for trash only.

Please keep in mind that trash and recycling still need to be out by 6:00 am, or the county cannot guarantee pickup. Homeowners are permitted to take their trash and recycling containers out the night before for those who can’t do it the morning of.

Trash and recycling cans must be stored inside the garage. They cannot be left on the side of the home or outside.

Helpful Tips From The Sherrif’s Office: The Sheriff’s Office would like to remind us all to report any suspicious activity or persons and to keep our doors locked and valuables out of sight. Working together and practicing crime prevention strategies can help keep our Community safe and is the best way to prevent crime. Please dial 911 in an emergency. The Collier County Sheriff’s Office can also be reached at 239252-9300.

Alligator Safety Notice: We want to remind you that feeding alligators is illegal and will only make them more dangerous to you and your fellow Residents! Anyone feeding gators is putting everyone at risk. Please report it to our offices if you witness anyone feeding them. We don’t want anyone getting hurt and want to remind you never to feed or harass alligators and never feed other wildlife. You can be arrested for feeding

and harassing alligators. Please keep a safe distance from alligators and do not go near the water’s edge, walk your pets near it, or allow them to go near it. Additionally, it is not uncommon for alligators to travel from pond to pond, so you must always be aware of your surroundings regardless of where you are in the community. We are blessed to live in the beautiful southwest Florida community, and we can enjoy all of our wildlife in safe ways. Please keep garages closed during the day, as alligators, snakes, or other wildlife can enter them.

Golf Cart, Vehicle and Pedestrian Safety: As the community grows, we want to make sure everyone is aware of our golf cart policies. Please remember all golf carts need to be registered with Terreno HOA and need to list Divosta, Hampton Golf and Terreno HOA as additionally insured with and must be renewed annually.

Please remember to stop at all stop signs in the community and obey all rules of the road including not to speed. As a reminder do not walk on the golf course cart path as this is not permitted and is dangerous. The golf course cart paths are just for the golfers.

If you have a pet, they must be registered with the management office. Please stop by for a form.

The Management office is located inside the Clubhouse, and the hours are MondayFriday 9am - 5pm.

Fall is here!

Let’s take a look back at all the great memories and events we enjoyed throughout September. From our Labor Day Pool Party to enjoying delicious food from Nacho Daddy Tacos food truck, our community stayed lively and connected all month long.

Here’s a quick recap of the highlights—get ready to smile and maybe get inspired to join in next time!

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 1 - LABOR DAY POOL PARTY:

Our Labor Day Pool Party was the perfect way to wrap up summer and kick off the holiday weekend! Under bright blue skies, neighbors of all ages gathered at the Terreno Clubhouse pool to relax, mingle, and soak up the lively atmosphere.

The Island Jams Steel Drum Band filled the air with cheerful tropical rhythms while residents floated on colorful character inflatables and pool noodles. The food trucks, CJ’s Pastellitos and Frosty Bear, were a huge hit, serving up tasty bites and sweet frozen treats that kept everyone refreshed and happy. From splashing kids to adults enjoying laid-back conversations poolside, the afternoon was brimming with laughter and community spirit.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this Labor Day celebration a sunny success. We can’t wait to make next year’s party even more memorable!

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 12

– RESIDENT MEET & GREET:

Our first Resident Meet & Greet was a wonderful success and such a heart-warming way to bring our Terreno community together! Neighbors gathered in the cozy Activities Room to mingle, laugh, and discover new connections while enjoying light refreshments from our newly opened poolside restaraunt, Olive & Thyme.

A playful “get-to-know-you” survey sparked plenty of conversations, helping everyone break the ice and learn more about one another. Smiles, laughter, and lively chatter filled the room as Residents shared stories and began forming new friendships.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped create such a welcoming atmosphere. This gathering set the perfect tone for many more community events to come, and we can’t wait to see even more friendly faces at our next get-together!

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 14 – FAMILY

GAME NIGHT:

Our Family Game Night was an evening filled with laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of memorable moments! Residents of all ages gathered in the Terreno Clubhouse Activities Room & poolside to challenge their neighbors in a variety of classic board games. Families teamed up for lively rounds of favorites like Giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4, Cornhole, and Ring toss, while kids and adults alike shared snacks, swapped tips, and cheered each other on. The room & poolside buzzed with excitement and friendly banter as new friendships formed and neighbors discovered their shared love of a good game.

Thank you to everyone who joined in the fun and helped make this event such a success. Family Game Night proved to be the perfect way to relax, connect, and create lasting memories, We can’t wait to host another one soon!

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16 –

FOOD TRUCK NIGHT:

Residents enjoyed delicious, fresh- made pizza from the Loud Italian Pizza food truck! The truck brought the aroma of wood-fired crusts, gooey cheese, and flavorful toppings right to the community, creating a fun and casual dining experience. Neighbors gathered to share slices, chat, and enjoy the lively atmosphere, making it more than just a meal—it was a tasty event everyone could savor. Click here to view their menu.

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17 – WINE DOWN WEDNESDAY:

Residents gathered in the Activities Room of the Clubhouse for a relaxing evening of wine, snacks, and conversation. The midweek social event brought neighbors and friends together in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Some residents shared their favorite bottles of wine, while others simply enjoyed the chance to unwind and connect with good company. It was a wonderful way to break up the week and spend time with the community.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 20 – BINGO NIGHT:

Residents enjoyed an evening of classic fun and camaraderie at Terreno Bingo Night in the cozy Activities Room. Friends and neighbors gathered for several lively rounds of bingo, filling the room with laughter and friendly competition. Some came armed with lucky charms, while others simply enjoyed the excitement of trying to be the first to shout “Bingo!”

Players competed for small prizes and plenty of bragging rights, making the night both spirited and memorable. Whether seasoned players or first-timers, everyone found it to be a cheerful way to relax, connect, and share in community fun. The event welcomed residents of all ages, and the warm company made the night just as rewarding as the games themselves.

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 22 – COFFEE WITH CAM:

Residents had the chance to connect with our Terreno Community Association Manager. They brought their questions, shared ideas, and received personalized recommendations while getting to know the person who helps keep the community running smoothly. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn more, get involved, and feel even more at home at Terreno!

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23 – FOOD TRUCK NIGHT:

Neighbors gathered to enjoy a delicious evening with the Between The Bunz food truck. From savory burgers to flavorful sides, residents lined up to sample the popular menu and share a meal together. The event brought plenty of smiles, full plates, and great conversation—making it a fun and flavorful night in the community!

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 24 – LIFESTYLE COORDINATOR MEET & GREET:

Residents stopped by to meet our Lifestyle Coordinator, ask questions, and share their recommendations for classes, clubs, and groups they would love to see in the community. It all took place in the relaxed, welcoming setting of our Activities Room.

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30 – FOOD TRUCK NIGHT:

Residents gathered to enjoy a night of bold flavors as the Nacho Daddy Tacos food truck rolled into the community. From fresh tacos piled high with toppings to savory sides packed with flavor, neighbors lined up to grab their favorites and share a meal together. The evening was filled with laughter, good conversation, and plenty of delicious bites—making it a tasty success!
