HAPPY OCTOBER DEL WEBB NAPLES RESIDENTS,

Happy Fall and Halloween all. We are looking forward to our friends and neighbors up north returning soon! We will have a busy Fall with our Community Tree Trimming beginning in October and Community Mulching beginning in November with more updates coming soon. Below are your October Property Updates and Reminders:

If you see something, say something: Please let us know if you ever see a safety concern we can address. No one spends more time in this community than you do, and we want everyone to be as safe as possible. Please never confront someone you don’t think belongs in Del Webb Naples, but please let us know instead.

Resort Pool: The Resort Pool is back open after the repairs to fix the leaks and maintenance is done. Thank you for your patience and we look forward to seeing you back at the pool soon!

Pets: Please remember to clean up after your pets and keep them on leashes at all times in Del Webb Naples.

Driveway Pavers: Please Note: In Article V Maintenance Section 3 of our Declaration it states “...Del Webb Naples Owner Of Parcels fronting on any roadway within Del Webb Naples shall maintain driveways serving their respective Parcels...”

Please inspect your own driveway pavers as soon as possible and arrange for any of them to be fixed that are needed as soon as possible as we don’t want any trip hazards for you and your neighbor. Thank you for getting these fixed and helping keep the community safe.

Amenity Center Decorum: Please always remember to be polite and respectful of fellow Neighbors and guests when using the amenity centers and to always wear appropriate clothing while using the Fitness Center, Oasis Club and Grand Hall.

Alligator Safety Notice: If you ever see an alligator that you think is a nuisance, please call our office at (239) 455-2001, and we will ask our local licensed alligator trapper to come and evaluate the situation.

We want to remind you that feeding alligators is illegal and will only make them more dangerous to you and your fellow Residents! Anyone feeding gators is putting everyone at risk. Please report it to our offices if you witness anyone feeding them. We don’t want anyone getting hurt and want to remind you never to feed or harass alligators and never feed other wildlife. You can be arrested for feeding and harassing alligators. As a reminder, fishing in the community is also prohibited.

Please keep a safe distance from alligators and do not go near the water’s edge, walk your pets near it, or allow them to go near it. Additionally, it is not uncommon for alligators to travel from pond to pond, so you must always be aware of your surroundings regardless of where you are in the community. We are blessed to live in the beautiful southwest Florida community, and we can enjoy all of our wildlife in safe ways.

Please keep garages closed during the day, as alligators, snakes, or other wildlife can enter them. For more tips and information on living with alligators, please click here, here and here.

Amenity Center Decorum: Please always remember to be polite and respectful of fellow Neighbors and guests when using the amenity centers and to always wear appropriate clothing while using the Fitness Center, Oasis Club and Grand Hall.

Trash & Recycling Reminder: Please keep in mind that trash and recycling still need to be out by 6:00 am, or the county cannot guarantee pickup. Homeowners are permitted to take their trash and recycling containers out the night before for those who can’t do it the morning of. Please do not take the containers out the night before, IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, to help prevent bears and other wild animals from becoming accustomed to Del Webb Naples.

We don’t want anyone hurt, so we kindly ask for your cooperation. Please click here to view the county’s brochure on trash and recycling. As a reminder, pickup days are Mondays for trash recycling and bulk and Thursdays for trash. The only days there will not be pickup are the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Please bundle landscaping materials according to the county guidelines so they can be picked up. If you want these materials picked up for a charge, please contact Juniper at customercare@juniperlandscaping.com .

LIFESTYLE & EVENTS

LIFESTYLE & EVENTS

October is here!

Let’s take a look back at all the great memories and events we enjoyed throughout September. From our Labor Day Pool Party to enjoying food from Between the Bunz Food Truck, our community stayed lively and connected all month long.

Here’s a quick recap of the highlights—get ready to smile and maybe get inspired to join in next time!

SEPTEMBER 1: LABOR DAY POOL PARTY:

Our Labor Day Pool Party was a splash hit! Residents gathered for an afternoon of sunsoaked fun, with live poolside tunes from the talented Paul DesMarais, setting the perfect vibe. The pool was buzzing with friendly competition during our noodle races and pool basketball games. The Farmers Corn food truck kept everyone fueled with a delicious menu of burgers, arepa sandwiches, Mexican street corn, and more. Best of all, the entire event was complimentary for residents. Thanks to our amazing HOA for covering the costs of entertainment!

SEPTEMBER 3: SHRED IT:

Another great perk brought to you by the HOA! Our complimentary Shred-It Event gives residents the opportunity to securely dispose of old documents, whether it’s outdated business paperwork, tax files, or personal records. The Shred-It truck is onsite for four full hours, giving everyone plenty of time to stop by and safely shred their documents. No need to remove staples or paperclips—just bring it and toss it in! Thanks again to our HOA for covering the cost and helping us keep our community safe, organized, and clutter-free.

SEPTEMBER 9: DEL WEBB CASINO DAY:

Casino Day was a JACKPOT! Our Grand Hall parking lot was packed with three Dolphin Transportation buses ready to take 150 excited residents on a quick 15-minute ride to the Immokalee Seminole Casino. Once there, residents enjoyed a few thrilling hours of free play, great company, and delicious food. The casino generously provided each guest with a $25 free play voucher and a $10 lunch discount; and rumor has it; several lucky players came home winners!

Thanks to everyone who joined us for this fun-filled day, and a special shoutout to the Seminole Casino and Del Webb resident, Jose Morena, for making this event possible!

SEPTEMBER 12: GREEK COOKING DEMONSTRATION:

Del Webbers and their friends spent a delightful evening at Artichoke and Company for a Greek cooking demonstration. Participants had the opportunity to watch a talented chef prepare traditional Greek dishes; and even better, they got to taste the delicious results and take home the recipes.

It was a fantastic way for the community to come together, learn something new, and enjoy great food in great company. Opa!

SEPTEMBER 14: THE DAZZLING DELRAYS:

The Dazzling DelRays truly lived up to their name with a spectacular performance that had our Del Webbers singing and dancing the night away! This beloved group has quite the fan following in our community, with many residents traveling across Southwest Florida to catch their shows. We were thrilled to host them right here at Del Webb; it was an unforgettable evening filled with great music, high energy, and incredible talent. Be sure to keep an eye out for next year’s schedule... because yes, The Dazzling DelRays will be back!

SEPTEMBER 19: FOOD TRUCK NIGHT:

Our community came out hungry and left happy as Food Truck Friday served up some serious flavor with a visit from the fan-favorite Between the Bunz food truck!

From 5:00 to 7:00 PM, the air was filled with the delicious smells of sizzling burgers, crispy fries, and next-level sliders. Thank you to everyone who came out and made the evening such a foodfilled success! Food Truck Friday is officially moving to Tuesdays! Stay tuned for new flyer and food truck lineup.

SEPTEMBER 26: CASINO NIGHT:

The Seminole Casino in Immokalee once again rolled out the red carpet for Del Webb residents during our latest Casino Night event! Attendees had the option to ride in comfort on a chartered bus or drive themselves to the venue, where a night of excitement awaited. Each guest received a $25 free play voucher, giving everyone a chance to try their luck on the slots or tables. On top of that, participants were treated to a $10 food voucher, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal or refreshing drinks at the casino’s dining options.

Laughter, cheers, and a few lucky wins filled the night, making it another memorable outing for our community. Whether you came for the games, the food, or just to socialize, fun was had by all!
