Standard features include: alcantara roofupholstery, leather and woodsteeringwheelrim, rearseatheating, ventilationand massage functions, rear window curtains, rearstowablewoodentablesand rearseatcontrol panel forHVAC. Technicaldifferencesremainlimitedtonewlydesigned19 inchrimswithball polish finishing. BothExecutive GT and Sport GT versions co-existwiththe standard Quattroporte model.

Quattroporte Automatic

The mostimportanttechnicalevolutioncamewiththe introductionof the Quattroporte Automaticat the 2007 Detroit motor show. Whilethe Quattroporte withDuoselect transmissionhasproventobeanideal match forMaserati’s sportyreputation, demandfor a fullyautomaticversionhasalwaysbeenpresent. The Quattroporte Automaticismuch more thena Quattroporte simplyfittedwitha new gearbox. Fromthe 16.500 components of whichthe Quattroporte is made, 4.800 are new. The powertrainiscompletelynew with the adaptionof a new wetsumpengine(F136UC), gearbox, propellorshaftand limitedslip differential.

Alsothe Quattroporte Duoselectbenefittedfromthe importantimprovementsand modificationsintroducedin the Quattroporte Automatic(MY07 onwards), suchasthe completelyredesignedHVAC system and improvedcomfort due tomodificationsmadeat the wheelsuspensions. The Quattroporte Automaticisavailablein standard versionas wellasSport GT and Executive GT.
