The following diagram illustrates the HAZARD ZONE. All personnel should be AWARE of the HAZARD ZONE and keep clear. It is off limits to all individuals while the machine is operating.
Wear suitable hearing protection such as earmuffs or earplugs to protect against noise. Prolonged exposure to loud noise can cause impairment or loss of hearing. Use the handrails and steps provided when mounting and dismounting from the machine. Do not jump off the machine at any time.

Do not try to climb onto or off a moving machine. Do not use the seat armrest or joystick as a handle when entering or leaving the cab.

HAZARD ZONE
When approaching an operating machine, stay at least 150 m (500 ft) away from the machine and all related attachments including the grapple, delimber, topping saw and ground saws until the operator acknowledges your presence. Make sure that all equipment is shut down and the attachment is resting securely on stable ground before proceeding to the machine.
When mounting or dismounting the machine use the three point technique. Use one hand with two feet or two hands with one foot.
WARNING
Avoid the discharge path of all saws.
Avoid mounting or dismounting the machine in areas with slippery surfaces. Dry, deice, clean up or cover slippery surfaces with an anti-slip material before mounting or dismounting the machine.
