Signal names and functions

Signal name: AML 90% or less (safety) output

OC (Open collector) output turns ON when the moment ratio is less than 90%.

OC output “ON” (DC0V): External indicator lamp indicating 90% is lit.

OC output “OFF” (DC24V): External indicator lamp indicating 90% goes out.

While the boom lift with the jib mounted is performed, OC output turns ON when the moment ratio is 80% or less.

When the jib set pin is out of inserted condition, the AML assumes that the jib is mounted.

Signal name: AML 90% alarm output

OC (Open collector) output turns ON when the moment ratio is between 90% and 100%.

OC output “ON” (DC0V): External indicator lamp indicating 90% is lit.

OC output “OFF” (DC24V): External indicator lamp indicating 90% goes out.

While the boom lift with the jib mounted is performed, OC output turns ON when the moment ratio reaches the range below:

80% Moment ratio < 90%

When the jib set pin is out of inserted condition, the AML assumes that the jib is mounted.

Signal name: AML 100% alarm output

OC (Open collector) output turns ON when the moment ratio exceeds 100% or automatic stop function is cancelled.

OC output “ON” (DC0V): External indicator lamp indicating 100% is lit.

OC output “OFF” (DC24V): External indicator lamp indicating 100% goes out. Condition to turn ON OC output

Moment ratio 100%

While the boom lift with the jib mounted is performed, OC output turns ON when the moment ratio reaches the range below:

Moment ratio 90%

When the jib set pin is out of inserted condition, the AML assumes that the jib is mounted.

Overwind cutout disable switch: Pressed

Swing stop/override switch: “OVERRIDE”

AML emergency switch: “Emergency” + PTO switch: “OVERRIDE”

Signal name: Auxiliary winch high-speed hoist-down operation output

OC (Open collector) output turns ON when the auxiliary winch hoist-down operation is detected with the actual load less than the specified value (200kg).

High-speed hoist-down operation is performed when the auxiliary winch high-speed down hoisting switch is set to ON.

OC output ON (DC0V): High-speed hoist-down operation is performed.

OC output OFF (DC24V): Normal hoist-down operation is performed.
