Signal names and functions
Signal name: Right swing proportional control valve output
Current controlled by the AML is output from the AML to the right swing proportional control valve when the right swing is stopped by automatic swing stop. However, in the following conditions, the automatic swing stop does not activate.
(1) Swing stop/override switch is set to “OVERRIDE”.
(2) Outriggers are not extended.
(3) AML emergency switch is set to “Emergency” and the PTO switch is set to “OVERRIDE”.
Output voltage: Square wave 0 to 24V
Crane condition that causes the automatic swing stop
The moment ratio exceeds 100% due to right swing while the extension widths of four outriggers are different.
The moment ratio reaches 90% or more (not 100%) while the boom lift with the jib mounted is performed.
When the jib set pin is out of inserted condition, the AML assumes that the jib is mounted.
The crane operation exceeds the right swing limit when the swing stop limit is registered.

Signal name: Left swing proportional control valve output
Current controlled by the AML is output from the AML to the left swing proportional control valve when the left swing is stopped by automatic swing stop. However, in the following conditions, the automatic swing stop is not activated.
