Models RJ50-N and RJ50-P Hand Pallet Lift Trucks
To assemble hydraulics in the body, follow these instructions: (See Table 2 and Figure 5 on page 11.)
Always clean and inspect dismantled parts before re-assembling. Always replace gaskets before re-assembling.
NOTE
Use caution when inserting locking pins (4, 15) with a hammer. The force can cause the locking pins to bounce, causing damage. Be careful when fitting the locking pins.
When fitting a circlip (16), there is a risk that the circlip can slip off the circlip bar and cause injury. Be careful when fitting the circlip. Raymond recommends using circlip pliers as shown in Figure 6 on page 12.

3. Install the circlip (16) in the groove of the top cap (11).
2. Fit the arm bolts (14) and lock them with locking pins (15).
1. With the upper section of the hydraulic assembly (10) in the top cap (11), insert the hydraulic assembly pressure plate (12) between the turning tube links (13).
