In order to submit a claim for a warranty, you must supply the hand pallet lift truck serial number as well as the date of purchase to your local authorized Raymond Sales and Service Center.

Replacement parts should be “Raymond Approved” and obtained from your local authorized Raymond Sales and Service Center.
Modifications or additions to this hand pallet lift truck that affect its safe use or operation are not permitted without written approval from the manufacturer.
