WheelsCheck for damage. Remove oil, metal chips, and anything else that might cause wear and abrasion.Chassis/HandleCheck for damage. Clean often, removing dirt and any other debris.Lifting/LoweringIf lift, neutral, and lower positions are not functioning properly, contact your supervisor.

Decals and PlatesMake sure that all decals and plates are in place and legible. If not, contact your supervisor or local authorized Raymond Sales and Service Center for a replacement.SteeringMake sure that steering functions properly. Make sure there is full steering rotation.

Daily Service/Safety Checks WARNING

! Never neglect the daily service and safety checks. Serious injury may occur. If you discover a fault or damage, report it immediately to your supervisor. Never use a hand pallet lift truck that has faults or is damaged. Read Table 3 for daily service check points and required safety action.

Make sure that the brakes or hand/parking brake, if equipped, function properly.

Hydraulic SystemMust have adequate oil level and no leakage. If not, contact your supervisor. Make sure there is no excessive oil on the exterior.
