Cautions: l Ensure that the lubricating oil pressure relief valve has been removed before the crankshaft is removed or fitted. l Ensure that the oil ways in the bearings align with the oil ways in the cylinder block. Remove the bearing holder setscrews (1) and lift the crankshaft assembly out vertically. Note: If the crankshaft or crankshaft bearings are replaced the fuel adjustment screw must not be altered from the original setting. The maximum no load speed must be checked after assembly.
