CAB TIL T OPERA TION DANGER

Before attempting tilt the cab, certain take the following steps:

• Park a level surface.

• Apply the parking brake.

• Place the gearshift lever NEUTRAL position.

• Shut f the engine.

• Secure all loose items within the cab.

• Close the cab doors.

The cab mounted the chassis frame two front hinges and two rear cab locks. This arrangement allows the cab tilt forward a maximum degrees, exposing the engine compartment for easy accessibility .

The cab tilt system uses one hydraulic cylinder incorporates internal safety valves which lock automatically the cab moves too rapidly either

The hydraulic fluid pressure imbalance forces the check valves seat, holding the cab a hydraulically locked position. this situation occurs, operate the pump the opposite direction open the check valves. The system will then returned normal operation.
