H13 – Air filter contamination (orange)

If the air filter is heavily contaminated, the indicator light illuminates. Bring the diesel engine to low idle immediately. Allow the engine to idle for approximately 5seconds. Shut down the diesel engine.

If necessary, replace the filter element.

H15 – Hydraulic oil temperature (red)

The indicator light illuminates if the hydraulic oil temperature in the tank exceeds 98°C.

Bring the diesel engine to low idle immediately. Shut down the desel engine as quickly as possible.

Locate and rectify the error (radiator dirty etc.).

H16 - overload warning (red)*

The indicator light illuminates if the maximum permissible load carrying capacity of the machine is reached and the overload warning device S18 is switched on.

The buzzer in the cab sounds simultaneously. Avoid increasing the load any further. Reduce the load on the machine.

– coolant level low (red)

The indicator light illuminates if the coolant level drops below a specified level. Bring the diesel engine to low idle immediately. Shut down the diesel engine as quickly as possible.

Locate the leak and carry out repairs.

Caution!

This monitoring device acts as an increased level of security in case of larger amounts of water loss (e.g. hose rupture). It does not relieve the operator or maintenance personnel from the responsibility of regularly checking the coolant level in the equalizing reservoir.

H19 - indicator

The indicator light illuminates after the direction indicator turn signal switch has been operated and when the hazard warning system is operating.

H20 - Parking brake

The indicator light illuminates if the parking brake is engaged (S16) or if the parking brake's release pressure is too low.

- accumulator charge pressure - operating brake (red)*

The indicator light lights up if the accumulator charge pressure is too low The brake function is endangered. Bring the machine to a stop. Bring the diesel engine to low idle immediately. Push the safety lever up. Check the brake system.

H26 - quick-change adapter (red)*

The indicator light illuminates during an unlocking procedure or when the locking pins are retracted

H167 - drive forwards (green)

Illuminates when direction of travel is selected.

H168 - drive backwards (green)

Illuminates when direction of travel is selected.

H175 - engine overheating (red)

The indicator light illuminates if the coolant overheats. The buzzer in the cab sounds simultaneously. Bring the diesel engine to low idle immediately. Shut down the diesel engine as quickly as possible. Rectify the error.

Note!

If the ribbed V-belt breaks or the loading system is defective, the buzzer will not function.

H176 - automatic full floating axle (green)

H196 - grab / hydraulic hammer (green)*

The indicator light illuminates on switch S241 in position 1 (centre position).

H307 – Activate fine control (green)*

Lights up after activation of fine control via rocker switch S382

H311 - Full floating axle locking (green)

- Water in fuel filter*

Illuminates if the fuel pre-filter has collected too much water.

Drain water from the fuel filter.

S8 – Rotating beacon (green)*

Press switch down.

The rotating beacon flashes. Indicator light in the switch illuminates.

Press switch up.

The rotating beacon is switched off. Indicator light in the switch goes out.

S11 - Windscreen washing system (green)

Press and hold button down.

Washing water will be sprayed on to the windscreen through the outlet nozzles.

The windscreen washer runs continuously.

Release the button. Washing water will be stopped. Windscreen washer will run continuously for approx. 3 more seconds.

S14 - Windscreen wiper (green)

This switch has three settings: Neutral (0), Position 1 and 2.

Push the switch down to position 1 (centre position). Continuous operation is activated.

Push the switch down to position 2 (final position). Intermittent setting is activated.

S16 - Parking brake (green)

Press switch down. Parking brake is engaged. Indicator light in the switch illuminates.

Press switch up. Parking brake is released. Indicator light in the switch goes out.

S18 - Overload warning device (red)*

Press switch down.

Overload warning device is activated. Indicator light in the switch illuminates.

Press switch up.

Overload warning device is deactivated. Indicator light in the switch goes out.

S19 - Rotary grab actuator (green)*

Press switch down.

The rotary grab actuator is activated. Indicator light in the switch illuminates.

Press switch up. The rotary grab actuator is deactivated. Indicator light in the switch goes out.

S20 – Sensor-controlled automatic idling (red)

Press switch down. Automatic idling is activated. Indicator light in the switch illuminates.

Press switch up. Automatic idling is deactivated. Indicator light in the switch goes out.

S21 – Crawling speed (green)

Press switch down.

Crawling speed is activated. Indicator light in the switch illuminates.

Press switch up.

Crawling speed is deactivated. Indicator light in the switch goes out.

S22 - Work headlight, front / roof headlight, front (green)*

This switch has three settings: Neutral (0), Position 1 and 2.

Push the switch down to position 1 (centre position). The front work headlight is switched on.

Push the switch down to position 2 (final position). The front work headlight is switched on. The rear roof headlight is switched on.

S22-1 – Roof headlight, rear (green)*

This switch has three settings: Neutral (0), Position 1 and 2. Push the switch down to position 1 (centre position). No function.

Push the switch down to position 2 (final position). The rear work headlight is switched on. The rear roof headlight is switched on.

S35 - Servo control (green)

Press switch down. The servo control is activated. Left and right joysticks are ready to operate. Indicator light in the switch illuminates.

Press switch up. The servo control is deactivated. Left and right joysticks no longer operate. Indicator light in the switch goes out.
