1. Assemble rubber deflector (1) between deflector bars (2) and moldboard (3).
1. Remove factory installed steel cutting edge and hardware.
2. Secure deflector with supplied carriage bolts (4) and lock nuts (5).
2. Install urethane cutting edge (1) to moldboard (2) between cutting edge bars (3). 3. Secure edge with supplied carriage bolts (4) and lock nuts (5).

PLOW GUIDES 5WD1044512 (See Figure 7) 1. Install plow guide (1) on inside edge of moldboard (2) with supplied bolts (3) and lock nuts (4).
NOTE: Urethane cutting edge should be installed in the upward position to allow downward adjustment as it wears. Urethane cutting edge will wear faster than originally equipped steel cutting edge.
2. Repeat for other side.
