–Remove fixing screw (U) from clip. –Secure clamping ring (A). (Fig.9)

–Remove fixing screw (U) from clip. (Fig.10)

Assembling hinge/bale twister unit

–Swing clips (V) upwards as far as they will go. –Sit hinge/bale twister unit (2) in clips for right (21) and left (22) holders. (Fig.11,12)

–Tighten Japy screws (X). Tightening torque: 48.5 Nm

–Switch on tractor engine. –Raise wrapping table: • Set three-way valve to Position II (refer to decal). • Turn emergency stop switch (A) to release wrapper from its safety position. • Press "Raise/lower wrapping table" key (Y) in

Uniwrap control box: that triggers "Raise/lower wrapping table" function. • Press key (W) to raise wrapping table slightly until hinge/bale twister unit is firmly lodged in holders.

Risk of serious damage to bale twister. Do not raise table completely at this stage.

Danger!

Risk of fatal injury. If bale twister falls accidentally, it can cause serious injury. ☞Nobody must stand in the bale twister swivel area when it is triggered by control box.

• Press emergency stop switch to clamp wrapper and make it safe. –Switch off tractor engine. –Remove ignition key. –Swing clips (V) downwards. –Secure clips (V) with original screws. Tightening torque: 83.5 Nm (Fig.14,15,16,17)

–Switch on tractor engine. –Lower wrapping table: • Set three-way valve to Position II (refer to decal). • Turn emergency stop switch (A) to release wrapper from its safety position. • Press "Raise/lower wrapping table" key (Y) in Uniwrap control box: that triggers "Raise/lower wrapping table" function. • Press (O) key to lower wrapping table slightly. –Switch off tractor engine. –Remove ignition key. –Check alignment of holder (21) and hinge bracket(2). • If parts are not aligned: adjust position of hinge bracket (2), using oblong holes (Z).
