02 Transmission and clutch 02 22 "Revershift" hydraulic reverser
Refitting the "Revershift" module Note: Properly lubricate joints and valves and ensure that the joints with square section are positioned in grooves. – Fit the piston by tapping gradually and alternately around its edge with a mallet. – Refit the pin (41). – Check that the circlip (41) is correctly positioned in the safety washer. Important: New discs must be soaked in a bath of transmission oil for one hour.
Forward gear clutch – Grease properly the seal (35) and new ring (34). – Fit the bearing (32) and the sealing ring (33). – Position the hub (44) in the clutch housing. – Thread discs and backplates onto the hub. – Fit the blanking plate and the retainig ring (47).
